Filthy, room smelled yeasty and floor was always wet. Fridge didn't get very cold.

Not enough linens!! Only offered cover sheet and one cigarette burned blanket. Not even a bedspread! Tub disgustingly dirty … in need of Clorox! No wash cloths. Floors moist with something. Gross. Zero effort to please guests.

The hotel stunk like bleach, the floors were dirty throughout. And it was in a terrible location.

The bedding was clean.

Our window didn't lock, nor did our door have a working latch or safety lock. I asked for extra pillows and was told they didn't have extras. The shower floor was not clean.

Leaving.

This room had dirty, bloody sheets with black specs and burn holes everywhere. To enter the room, you had to ram the door open as there was a bloody washcloth on the corner of the door. No cover to the back of the remote. Air conditioner barely ran.

Our room never got cleaned We had to go to the first desk every day to get clean towels

Room was dirty, floor gad garbage and hair all over, I cludibg the bathroom. The bedding had burn holes in it even with it being a non smoking room. Beds were uncomfortable and made pinging noises every time you moved on them.

Nothing!

Saw a roach in the room The shower drain was clogged They are renovating and it is not mentioned before booking

Not one single thing was good

Horribly dirty- pubic hairs,sticky floors, cigarette odor and burns in the blanket, mattress and nightstand in a "non smoking" room. Dead bugs on the windowsils and a loose dog in the hallway. Packing the car the AM and asked f we "messed with pills". BAD

Good price considering the day and time of the booking namely July 4th

Electric wires out in the walkways and for 4 days the painting of the walkways were being done . Paint splattered on the paint protection paper on the walkways. No microwave in the room. No one to change the bedsheets every day

The front desk worker was very nice.

Everything. It was dirty, the rooms hadn¿t been cleaned and was completely unacceptable

Absolutely nothing. Worst experience I have ever had.

The rude staff, run down building and drug deal happening when we pulled up. Completely unsafe.

Very run down in halls and had a note if you do not like room you have to return in 5 minutes for cancel policy.

Location was convenient and staff was very nice.

My room smelled like cat pee. There weren¿t any ¿Do Not Disturb¿ signs available. The extra lock to lock door while you are in your room was broken.

The room was not clean. Hair and insect drop in in the bathroom and around the bed.the front desk personnel witnessed and said there was nothing he would do. We checked out awaiting refund.

We did not stay.

Staff is wonderful. Check in is fast.

EVERYTHING!! It was roach infested and smelled like poop! Do not waste your money on this place! I arrived and took a shower and then realized there were roaches running around on the floor with the lights on. So many, so gross I couldn¿t stay I left

Good location, one of the few rooms available on a big local event weekend

Bed was awful! Matress worn out, pillows poor quality and flat. Woke up very sore There was no shampoo in room, no hair dryer, not enough towels. wash cloth stained looked as been used as garage rag. Toilet wound not flush propperly. Had to plunge

They had bed bugs. I'm waiting and want my refund back. Had to cancel my trip early. Was bitten twice but the deco d time I actually seen 3 bed bugs!

Everything, it was disgusting. I wouldn't even sit in that room let alone lay down. Refused a refund even with pics for evidence of how grose it was. The staff basically said I sabotaged the room when all I originally wanted was a change of bedding. GROSS
