Staff super, room streamlined and simple. Great value
great breakfast, room was nice enough
The location and availability of snacks and drinks of many types

Cons -

the beds were super hard (didn't sleep at all), the door was broken to our bathroom door
The noise level was ridiculous! We were on the 3rd floor - sandwiched in between loud noise above and below us for 4 nights. We got very little sleep. It was very frustrating! The gym definitely needs cleaning and hand sanitizer should be offered .
There is only one ice machine in the whole hotel.

Location was good for our reason to be in Syracuse. The front desk staff overall was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the NOISE and said it's being worked on as it is a typical complaint. I wish we knew that before we made the reservation.
