I did not stay in that room it was filthy disgusting and I could not get refunded my money I took a total loss

Jacuzzi tube was ok

The air conditioning vent was nasty. The bathroom vent in window was very dirty. Stains on cover. Floor wasn?t cleaned either.

Room itself clean. Toilet and shower and bed functional.

Window lock broken. Other guests loud and smoking a lot of weed. No WiFi. No breakfast.

Comfortable bed

Advertised breakfast but no breakfast was available. Room was nonsmoking but it smelled strongly of smoke. Lighting was poor and there was no clock or alarm clock.

Let us arrive early, smoking, good priced, good location, I will be back.

I contacted you guys to cancel the reservation and was charged immediately after I informed you I wanted it canceled. I never went to the hotel but was charged the full price. Two days later the hotel charged me an additional $100. Terrible

Customer service was really good. The rooms were pretty spacious, clean and well maintained.

The Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station and about 5 mins or less to the nearest bus to down town.

Staff on front desk inhospitable, didn't explain breakfast and got my booking wrong. Room was sub standard, smelly and generally run down. Toilet did not flush properly.

It was close to all of the shopping areas

Our bathtub was broken, so water kept going all over the place. Plus our room had a weird smell.

It was quiet at night.

I did not like: 1. Locked office door. 2. Distraught manager. 3. The arrival at office of three police officers due to unruly person having been in the office. 4. Mention of a "good side" of the motel. 5. Smoking having taken place in a non-smoking room.

5 minutes from Med School

People screaming and yelling in multiple rooms from 2:30 AM till 6:00 AM. Didn't particularly enjoy listening to couple in adjoining room cursing and swearing then making up by ummm at 4:30 Am. Can hear everything at this place!

Near great food. Off of a bus line. Great housekeeping staff.

The jacuzzi was nice.

The room was small. I am a chubby chick and I barely fit in the bathroom. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. When we told the person at the desk, he gave me a glove and garbage bag to put it in. The jacuzzi jets didnt work at first. We had to go to the office and, thankfully, shift switch happened and he helped us get the jets working.

There were burn marks all over the shower from cigarettes, the Jacuzzi had mold growing in it, and smelled like mold and cigs
