- The location is great.
Cons -
- There are no hooks on the wall to hang towels or robes, there isn't enough wardrobe space or drawer space to unpack your bags.

- For the price point the hotel is very light on services and food quality. There was no lunch service at all, even though we were there on the weekend. They also did not clean our room without request and then even when we did request it was not clean. Overall not worth what we paid.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. we were upgraded, they were responsive to messages, made us feel so welcome. the food for dinner was top quality. breakfast could have been a bit better in terms of choices.
my only comment is the overall pricing for one night with dinner was steep. everything else was amazing
Very clean, pretty place. Staff is nice and friendly. Restaurant has a limited menu but the food is good. Great place to get away, unwind and relax. WiFi service is good if you need it. Lodge is fun, parlor is cool. Sauna is clean, just remember to make an appointment upfront.
A little too pricey for what you get. Text service provided to contact front desk is bot monitored close enough. A little slow on the service side of things which doesn’t jive with the price you’re paying.
Beautifully decorated Friendly staff Clean Great drinks Ambience
Can’t stay longer
Room was nice staff friendly
Very tranquil and relaxing
Great location, delicious food, classy management
There was some confusion about my reservation but Urban Cowboy made it right
Nestled in the heart of the Catskills, we discovered a hidden gem that offered an unforgettable retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning mountain views and the luxurious amenities that awaited us. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight was undoubtedly the Norwegian bathtub on the balcony, where we soaked while gazing at the serene landscape. The rooms were beautifully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked frigo bar, which offered a delightful selection of drinks and snacks.Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight. Dinner was an exquisite experience, with dishes that showcased local ingredients and creative flair. Breakfast was equally impressive, providing a perfect start to our days with a variety of delicious options. The ambiance of the property was both relaxing and private. We felt a wonderful sense of seclusion, allowing us to unwind completely, yet there was a sense of freedom to explore and enjoy everything the property had to offer. Whether it was a leisurely walk around the grounds or simply lounging in our room, every moment was a pleasure. The combination of natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding service made it a memorable escape. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return.
Amazing staff, grounds, decor, food, sauna!
They unfortunately booked the wrong room for us and said it was due to an issue with using booking.com. However they gave us a generous partial refund and comped a bunch of food and drink for us and we ended up having an amazing time. We will definitely come back again.
Property is gorgeous, clean and big plenty of things to do
Everything
The view was amazing the Japanese cedar tub was the best part of the entire trip
The staff was drinking even when showing us to our room, there was a pretentious air about the bartender who had seemed more than annoyed we were down there ordering drinks later in the night we also had to leave to get dinner twice rather than stay at the hotel in our own comfort they didn’t allow room service to be made for people who didn’t pay for a special tapas event that night we had no idea about it it was 200 dollars a person and when we thought about it and wanted to join we weren’t allowed because we didn’t pay in advance ? Very stupid . So after hiking and doing stuff not on the campground because we ran out of things to do there the first day we weren’t allowed to eat there , we also went for coffee there in the morning and they had given me expired milk the young man behind the counter said the fridge wasn’t working…. We paid 800 dollars for our stay to not be allowed to join dinner and to be given spoiled milk
Lots of things to do.. sauna, hot tubin room, game room, unique decorations.Good bed, sheets, pillows very clean
Food at dinner not great Smoked chicken was moist but skin like leather, brocolli not cooked enough, almost rawBreakfast was good a good choices but only one order taker who also had to serve. Although he worked hard, it caused a back up on the ordering line Could have put one of the managers to take orders or hire one more to help
Really loved my room and the cedar soaking tub.
We stayed on a few weekdays so unfortunately a lot of the amenities we were looking forward to weren't available. Example, no axe throwing, no massages or at one point, there was even no bartender. Also, the "swimming hole" is kinda sad looking, so definitely don't make that the reason for your booking. Overall we had a blast, but the stuff I mentioned was pretty disappointing.
The property and overall vibe of this lodge was incredible! The staff was amazing, and super friendly! The food was fresh and delicious and so were the drinks. They went above and beyond to not only make our stay memorable, but our engagement as well! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and truly relax.

I loved the cocktails, the interior design and the beds were comfortable. the staff was amazing, and their breakfast sandwich was amazing. I never eta duck but their duck entree was also amazing.
the rooms were pretty small for the price you pay, and the cedar tub started to few dirty after first day which made us worried since we were showering before using, so we did feel worried about the cleanliness of the tubs. obviously it is much harder to clean wood because of pores in wood that absorb dirt, but they charge a lot for rooms so you’d assume they drain and clean before each checkout but we left feeling not certain about that, and another couple was actually asking the same thing as we were leaving and asked it to be clean, and we left feeling we should’ve asked. also, everything was just a little too overpriced. we enjoyed but we spent so much and had to tip obviously the whole time so I spent as much as I did going to Spain for a week as I did for two nights at the lodge. it was nice, just again, overpriced, probably won’t go again as a result, they also tried to charge extra for household cleaning expenses and didn’t care about honoring the price booking.com said, and said it wasn’t their fault. booking.com though made it right which we appreciated.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Rooms and facilities were clean.
Drinks and food are a little on the pricy side.
Everything was so adorable. The staff went above and beyond for us. The outdoor Japanese cedar soaking tub during the snow storm was incredible. The bed was so comfortable.
Maybe just be a little more clear about what has nuts and doesn't for the breakfast spread. Perhaps some labels?
