Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olean/Allegany

Breakfast was scheduled till 10am. We got there just before 10, and they held it open till we were done eating. Good customer service.

Parking. The parking lot is narrow and long. Handicapped spots were full and had to park almost all the way to the next hotel my 2nd night there. Since I am handicapped, that long walk was very hard.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Super clean and staff were great!

The renovated room was spacious, functional, and very comfortable.

Smaller changes inside more options not as runner down looking more inviting when walking inside a lot of updates good

Shower it was nice but had had time shaving my legs . Breakfast if need more hot items but duable

Room and lobby were very clean. The staff was incredible. I had to stay for a week with my pets due to house renovations and it couldn?t have gone smoother, even extending my stay for an extra day was super easy.

Friendly staff and cleanliness

For the price charged the room had no chair for the workstation, TV stations were breaking up which meant not a good signal, little toilet paper, no maid service on Sunday even when requested and keys had to be rekeyed to work.

Close location to Bonaventure.

The toilet seat needed to be replaced. Burn marks and chunks were missing, which made for a rough seating.

Clean place to sleep . Wouldn't walk around barefoot in this carpets but clean sheets and a comfortable sleep .

We got different room at same price as first room With no frig/ microwave was very happy

The Microtel hotels have very poor sound insulation, they are very noisy. You can hear the people above & beside you making any moves, even getting & out of bed.

??? Proximity to town

Mice- when reported to staff stated ¿well it is that time of year¿, combative when asked to be compensated as needed to switch rooms in middle of night- stated ¿don¿t you have mice in your house?¿ And that others reported previously; 1st room smelle

It was clean and personnel were friendly.

No grab bars in shower. Need those for everyone!!! Also continental breakfast left a lot to be desired!

Room felt small. No fridge or microwave. Pretty sure bed was a queen. Got more for less at Quality Inn & Suites. Disappointed that I had missed continental breakfast by a few minutes and only response from girl at counter was "it ended".
