Pros +
- very clean and close to a lot of things
- Check in was very easy and the customer service was great.
- The location was not bad. It is outside the city which is what I was looking for. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.
Cons -
- The faucet in the shower leaked, running at a steady pace all night long. There was an odd smell in the room that caused me to wonder if there was mold in the carpeting. Though the room appeared to have been cleaned, it just did not feel "fresh".
- USB Charging port in side table was broken, doors and door lock seemed to be warped so was difficult opening door and locking it. Biggest issue is I booked this over another hotel because of the hot tub. We got there and the hot tub was broken and dirty.
- gone are the days when customers are revered; staff will bend over backwards to making guests happy....no more of thise days. you ask for one thing and they will treat you like the worlds biggest loser.
