It was clean.

The pool was not open which was the whole reason we booked with them. They said they would fix it but we stayed a week and nothing changed. It was very disappointing.

Convenient location, clean room.

Breakfast was decent.

The floor of the hotel room felt like it needed to be swept and was greasy the entire time. They only do cleaning of rooms every 3 days. The parking lot is too small and unless you're there early, there's no parking.

Staff very friendly and informative. We were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable during our stay. Pet friendly and clean. Breakfast excellent selection. Only recommendation would be to work on the eggs. Otherwise perfect resting spot! ¿¿

As stated above- the scrambled eggs were not good(grainy).

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Not enough parking spots. We arrived back later in the evening from the rib cookoff in Reno and there was no place to park.

The room was not what was described. We we¿re supposed to get two king beds when we got there they were two queen beds if that a separate little room with an L-shaped couch. The sheets were dirty they had hair most likely from the previous people

Front desk lady was AMAZING!!!! Left another hotel that night with the worst experience EVER!!! She welcomed me took care of me and made my night so much better.

The toilet was backed up when we came and staff quickly attended to it. However this was an embassasing situation

The cleaning protocols per the pandemic made me feel much safer than going to a hotel that did not have ramped-up sanitation measures. Everything felt very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The room itself was pretty awful. The bed and bedding were really uncomfortable - scratchy and kind of lumpy. The light in the bathroom flickered awfully. The unit was no-smoking but the A/C pumped the smell of outside smokers into the room.

The hotel has upgraded their rooms with great beds, and even better pillows...very well maintained and excellent staff!

It was clean and plenty of hot water.

The people in the room next to use were VERYnl noisy.
