Staff could not repair flickering light above sink. Staff did not offer new towels or pick up garbage. Beds were hard and dated. Room a bit dated.

The room should have been aired out. Previous guests left a scent behind, maybe cheap perfume. WiFi did not work for me, which was frustrating. No ice machine; ice bags had to be purchased.

Hotel room was not ready at the time of check in, I waited 3 hours past checkin time staff was very disrespectful and rude. Still charged me a cancellation fee, even though the service failure was on their end.
The door was closed and locked when we went to bed but open and cracked open when we woke up.
Very quiet and remote
First impressions not favorable ,The hotel rooms are in the back and you must go through campgrounds to get there ,breakfast stand did not open for breakfast.
It's right at the entrance to Great Basin National Park. It was not the most comfortable but it was very clean. And you can't beat the location.
