- Good location, room and common areas looked good.
- 15 years experience dealing with Hobbs hotels. This was by far the best experience EVER with any hotel in Hobbs. No fuss about checking in early, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! My family will never stay anywhere else!
Cons -
- We're not informed the rooms were only cleaned every other day. Did not even get clean towels. Overall not at all satisfied. No signage informing customers of hotel policy about cleaning. No excuse for not getting fresh towels.
- Bath tub looked grungy and needed caulking. Shower head needed replaced and tile by tub needed reattached
- The game room was not working but my kids came back to watch cartoons, it was not the worst thing to happen!!!

It was near the casino but that¿s about it. A very bad experience
The bed was very uncomfortable. On the website it states the motel has a pool we get there thinks we were going to relax in the jacuzzi and come to find out there was no pool. That needs to be changed can¿t be fooling people to think that there is a pool.
Room was looking very dirty, carpet was bad, chair bad and nothing much available in breakfast.
We arrived unexpectedly early and they allowed us to check right in! The desk clerk was a dear!

The staffing at this location was superior. They greeted very well coming and going, the front desk clerk immediately assisted with a internet connection concern.
I was not satisfied with the WIFI connectivity at this location.
My stay was wonderful, the staff went above and beyond to help us. The lady at the front desk let us use her playing cards so that we could have fun. The next time I go to Hobbs New Mexico this is the place that I will stay.
