- Made my reservation on booking like I usually do many times as I travel for work in my travels I have a service dog not an emotional support animal not a pet a service dog and with that knowledge the gentleman who was checking me in told me they had no rooms because I had a pet I did informed him that it is not a pet it is a service animal and that he cannot deny me a room because of that he then proceeded to make rude comments say it's probably not even a service dog and then after informing him that she is a legitimate service animal and why I have her he laughed it off saying none of that is true they need some real education I honestly hope that this man wakes up every morning and stubs his toe on the couch I did receive a full refund from booking.com they are great and I went down and stayed at the Red roof inn which is very close to this place a very clean very nice friendly place which I highly suggest you stay there instead

Price was the reason we booked with this location but it wasn't convenient for our travel destination.
The availability of a "breakfast included" was not what we expected therefore disappointing.
