- Unfriendly staff; broken down room fixtures
- Rooms, lobby, breakfast area, hallways were recently/are being upgraded (painted, re-carpeted); decent sized rooms, furnishings, amenities; free hot breakfast was good.
- Separate bedroom from the living room
Cons -
- Too much didn't work: 3 tries for an unoccupied room, then TV was out of commission with no one to fix it; spa had long been closed down and pool badly needed cleaning, etc. Lone desk clerk couldn't help much with issues--too many other problems.
- Needed to change rooms because the sheets were stained, the shower curtains were moldy to a room that was not much better.
- The elevator needed to be cleaned, but that is expected late at night.
