Yes the hotel is under construction. We were not told by the staff at check in. We walked onto the second floor to a bunch of boxes and bare hallways. We could hear every little noise, doors closing, people coughing. I was very disappointed.

Clean. Great bed. Easy in and out. Read a few reviews that mentioned out of date furniture. The furniture was dated but in excellent condition. Mater of fact it was nicer than what you would get if new. Definitely would stay again.

The room. It was very clean. The housekeeping staff are obviously really good at their jobs. I was a housekeeper in a Holiday Express for 3 years and I know how hard a job it is. So I appreciate everything housekeeping does to keep the rooms clean.

The receptionist who checked me in was very cold and uninviting. It was very clear that he did not want to be there. The receptionist who checked me out in the morning however was lovely. He was a very helpful gentleman.

The breakfast and location were great. The rooms are nice and big.

The pool and hot tub were down. This was the only reason we selected this hotel. The staff was not friendly.

It was quiet and the room wasn't freezing.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I cleaned with antibacterial wipes and every one was black. The room was cleaner when I left than when I checked in. Check-in clerk was not helpful.

Better access to device charging than Holiday Inn Express. Standard plug-ins widely available in the room, and two USB ports also available on night stand. This is very convenient

Don't have Keurig coffee maker yet. Still using old style coffee maker.

There were no blackout curtains in our room. We called the front desk. The friendly staff person said that he wondered why they kept assigning that room when they are aware of the issue. Said he would cal us back about switching rooms. Never did.

Parking is good for truck with trailer.

No darkening curtains tv did not work.

It was ok

The door was missing the safety lock. You could hear people walking above you. Old hotel. Not worth $--- a night. Would not stay again.

We were pleased with everything! The beds were comfortable, the rooms comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.

Everything. Staff very nice, rooms great, pool great, breakfast omelettes,fruit, bacon. This was our 5th hotel booked on our family trip. It was the best experience. Staff even called after check in to make sure everything ok. Great experience!!!

everything was perfect!we were late getting to the hotel(100 a.m.) the front desk got 2 glasses of milk that my spouse needed to take his medications, he was absolutely wonderful!

DIRECT TV HAD TO BE PROGRAMNED BY STAFF. WAS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. HAD TO SET HDMI. ETC. TURNED OFF HAD TO DO LOTS OF STEPS TO RESTART

Cleanliness, attention to detail, extremely comfortable bed, very polite staff.
