Hampton Inn Alamogordo

Good location clean. Hot tub was out of order. Service dog fee is $75 other hotels do not charge.

We had loud guest that partied in the lobby until 12 midnight with small children running up and down the hallway screaming and laughing. The staff was less than sympathetic and rude. Manager did nothing to compensate us

Relatively clean, near where I need to be.

Noise and disturbances are not addressed until after 10 pm.

Breakfast wasn?t Hampton quality and the level of noise beginning at 4 in the morning was unacceptable

Location and staff were great. The rooms and entire hotel was very clean. Kudos to the housekeepers!!

Location was great, restaurants within walking distance. Hotel employee who checked us in was a real joy!!

Our only complaint was one couple had their dog in the breakfast area and was feeding the dog off her plate. Most hotels have no dogs in dining area signs!

The pool

They lied when I called and told me the hot tub n pool was open till 11pm so I rented the room and the hot tub was out of service for weeks another employee informed me so I wasted my money cause that was the only reason I paid so much money to go there

Elevator broke , side door closed so had to walk all the way around building with luggage, hallway by stairwell smelled like mildew, room smelled stale and foodie overall, the room felt cheap and dirty , worst Hampton ever stayed in.

It was clear and location was great.

The elevator was broken, breakfast was terrible, juice machine was broken, hot tub was closed, bathroom fan did not work in ither room. This was not the Hampton Inn standard and not worth full price. I would like a partial refund.

Location / clean

Extremely noisy. Either hotel or inconsiderate guests or both. Heard significant noise from hotel parking lot, halls, and room above. Not my experience with this chain in other locations.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Very clean. Wonderful and delicious breakfast.

The pool was closed during our visit. No warning or anything about that. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. Very disappointing.

I liked that they had access to a larger gym, the anytime fitness

Nothing I can think of, it's in a good neighborhood that I enjoyed walking around in the early mornings to watch the sun come up

Nice hotel, have stayed here a few times, clean rooms and great service, bkfast is nice! Little noisy in the halls but thats guests and kids running!

Good location at end of town and very close to white sands national park

We asked for a quiet room and received one near the laundry, so we heard that the whole time. Super frustrating and annoying experience.

Breakfast was still offered, there were hand sanitizer stations around the lobby and on the first floor, and it appeared they were practicing COVID sanitization services.

That the pool was closed, supposedly COVID related. (There are public pools open within the State.) I emailed the hotel asking if the pool was open and did not receive a response.

The cleanliness (especially in the restroom) was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Everything was white and sparkling clean!

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. It would've been nice if the room had a small couch or seating area. The chair at the desk was uncomfortable. The breakfast was more like a snack.
