It was clean.

Apparent homeless people resting/sleeping/ in the fitness room, not exercising or using any equipment. I did not use the fitness center because the possibility of a panhandling situation seemed elevated.

Nothing was acceptable. Waited almost 2 hours to check in after reservations made 2 months prior to date, no housekeeping the entire 4 days we stayed, we had to get from front desk, clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, everything

The entire service was horrible. Breakfast at 9am was non-existent when timeframe was until 10am. Lobby and food area filthy and trash everywhere. No housekeeping during the 4 days we stayed.

Spacious, clean room. Delicious breakfast.

Great views. Big rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with vessels. Great hot breakfast. Friendly staff.

A little far from restaurants.

Clean, modern, well-appointed room. Excellent blackout curtains. Well-equipped mini kitchen in the room. The HVAC unit is quiet and runs perfectly. Good breakfast selections and opens early at 6:30 AM for a quick start of the day.

The room doors slam hard if you don't hold them back a little. Most of the guests just let them shut automatically so the hallway noise can get very loud in the early morning hours.

Hotel is new, so everything is very clean. Large room nicely designed.

The staff.

The pool was gross. It was even bubbling. They did get someone in to clean it. Unfortunately I was leaving so didn¿t get to swim.

Location, but the bathroom sink feel off the wall. Staff moved us and offered something in return for the inconvenience.

Highest ratings for good reason. This was simply a lovely stay. We were wowed by the sheer size of the rooms, and the price was very reasonable!

Water in the room did not taste great, but you can hardly blame the hotel for that.

I would have preferred the bed being mad up everyday

Staff was extremely helpful and took care of guests.

The cleanliness

The facility is clean and the location is great.

After a long road trip, we arrived an hour before check-in. While we understood this was a last-minute request, the front desk showed no interest in trying to accommodate an early check-in, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also underwhelming, very few options, and once items ran out, they were not replaced.

Our room had not been cleaned properly at all. In the bathroom, there were stains in the toilet and we found a number of hairs on the floor.
