- Location, however parking was a challenge.
- Very spacious room with powered black-out drapes and shades for all windows. The full kitchen is very practical and useful for long-term stays. We stayed for 12 nights so did use the kitchen a few times.
- The bed was amazing!! The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY!! My only complaint was the breakfast options weren¿t varied, however, other then that, EVERYTHING was amazing!
Cons -
- Hallways were painted without notice to customers about repairs/maintenance which caused a strong smell to linger for 4-5 days. I was nauseous/dizzy every time I walked the hall to exit/enter my room....---/night, you should be more courteous to guests
- The water pressure of the shower was rather weak. The sofa bed mattress was very bad and I could feel the springs in it while sleeping. Room service was lacking and we were only given fresh towels only twice in 12 days. The floor was not that clean.
- The complimentary breakfast was not so great :(. Maybe more options.
