Hampton Inn Princeton

Location price and breakfast.

Small room no balcony check in guy was kind of snotty. Not customer service forward. Only had one handicap parking spot in front of hotel.

The location and proximity to other venues.

The breakfast was well below expectations. The first day the potatoes were dry and cold, there were only egg scraps and no meat. Breakfast was over at 10:00am, but my visit was at 8:50am.

Large clean room nicely decorated, friendly staff. Good value for the price and excellent free breakfast.

I did not like that the floor around the toilet was not cleaned properly there were stains still on the floor from previous people using room. Microwave made loud banging noise because glass tray did not fit If not for this I would have given the hotel 5*

Spacious clean fresh room

This hotel completely reflects why I love Hampton Inns. It was pristine, the employees were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was great!

The management was great

The elevator wasn¿t working and me being 77 years old had to walk up the stairs to my room. The staff helped carry our luggage and they apologized for our inconvenience.

Super clean, quiet and very comfy bed. Great stay!

Minor inconveniences: (1) high (30") bbed; (2) tiny, short closet (but there were three hooks on the wall for longer items); (3) No safe in room (which I don't use anyway); (4) king room had only two bath towels - enough for me, but most places give three

Great room, well appointed and large. Staff were great.

Elevator seemed to malfunction.

Staff is great and very accommodating. The room was refurbished and the appointments were modern and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. There were several good choices for breakfast which were included.

The bed was very comfortable although it was a little strange how high from the floor it was.

Our room was clean comfortably and quite. Since my daughter just had surgery and needed a room where she can rest well.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and went beyond our expectations in making our stay inviting.

Hotel staff was very helpful hotel employee was the best when it came to my key card not working she immediately fixed the problem and my key was working again. Also my children loved the wall bed they thought it was the coolest thing!!!

There was only one elevator in the front of the hotel and my room was the last room in the hall on the second floor so a elevator at the back entrance would of been great

Very clean & it's location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was only stocked with 1 set of towels when we arrived. Had to wait on towels to be delivered.

The quiet room. I requested the most quiet room and I didn't hear any other guests while I stayed there. The hotel check in person was wonderful, friendly, gave me directions to somewhere I needed to be. Will definitely recommend Hampton Inn to others.

The thermostat was broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room

The bed was comfy

The free breakfast was upsetting. I don’t know anyone who eats old boiled eggs in a watery bag.

The room i had did not have the Lysol fresh sign like the others signifying that the room had been properly disinfected. The carpet was all soggy wet, we had to wear our shoes, the bathroom shower barely worked, didn’t get hot only warm, shower was loud

Lights kept flickers, furniture was broken, sheets had stains, remote was missing, had to get another one, that was broke so had to go get another one. Room smelled like mildew

Decent price and pleasant staff.

No dark curtains, only white shear curtains in my room, and it overlooked the swimming pool. Decor seemed dated and wallpaper had patched areas.

The room was superb. The staff went out of their way to accomadate us.

The breakfast during the week was terrible. They ran out of food before the end of the breakfast time and the next morning the food was not cook throughly. Saturday's breakfast was excellent.
