- Room was not clean, I had to change the sheets myself when we checked in because they were dirty and full of sand. The floors were dirty (had black feet after walking on them.) i had to sweep the floor myself. Shower head was falling off. Stove didnt work
- Masks required on entry, DVD could not hood up, Smoking odor, no coffee maker as advertised and could not get one. Room for four can sleep 4, but is comfortable for 2. Sofa bed very uncomfortable...good for children, not adults.

Bathroom layout was poor, no lighting over the sink. Three out of the four lands were burnt out and need an extension cord behind bed to make lamp and alarm clock work. Ac was very noisy .
2 blocks from beach, also a spot to drive your car up if you have a lot of stuff to bring. The hotel gives you the beach passes, so saves you some $ there. Very clean, great sized room. Very friendly staff
Pool seemed to close a little early (8) and only other thing is its about 2 miles from the boardwalk, but just a short drive away. But great to the beach which is what we wanted.
For me location,cleanliness and availability are key. Also a decent bed helps. Have stayed there several times
