Very clean room & bathroom, smelled nice, new & modern, loved it! Very convenient location to walk to lots of restaurants etc. Parking garage right below with elevators into hotel & they validate parking so you get a cheaper rate. Had a great experience!

We arrived at 4pm and checked in. At 10Pm we were getting ready to go to sleep when the hotel FIRE ALARM SOUNDED and we were told to IMMEDICATELY leave our room andd WALK DOWN THE STAIRCASE and get out of the hotel. It was freezing outside.

Th room was nice. Having to take 2 elevators to get there was a pain.

The parking garage was terrible. Asbestos and bird poop was everywhere especially. On the vehicles

Coffeemaker too cheap. Not enough cream and sugar in room for 2 people to have coffee.

Quiet clean room. Other hotel guests were civilized.

Kind of hard to park outside but it was manageable.

The manager was terrific! Gave me an upgraded room after hearing my travel woes! Fabulous room. Location is excellent.

The tv on with that welcome message was quite enjoyable. I also liked the back lighting on the bed, it was welcoming.

Having to validate my parking every time wasn¿t my favorite but not a deal breaker. Also wish there had been a microwave in the room.

The parking was awful. Very dark and seedy. Difficult to figure out the right elevator to take. The AC in the room just barely worked. The room was never stifling, but hovered around 70.

Easy in and out with a short walk to shopping and restaurants

The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is also ideal to discover Morristown on foot!

I have stayed at many hotels during my travels, and Hyatt Regency in Morristown is at the top. They were very accommodating. We could not park in the parking deck with our Thule cargo box on top. They were able to store it for us so we could park.

The restaurant at the bar is new, so I don't want to be too critical. But the food was not tasty. It looked very chic and well-presented. But it didn't taste good at all. I was with a group and we all felt that way.

The hotel room was immaculate and felt brand new. It was an easy walk to the Mayo performing arts center for a concert and so near the restaurants.

Great staff and restaurants within walking distance.

The $19 they charge you to park your car! Also hair and a spot of something in the sink.

Room was clean, quiet. Plenty of ways to recharge electronics. Comfortable bed, soft linens and sheets, nice soap, big sink. Provided coffee pot in room.

Newly renovated room decor is unwelcoming & devoid of warmth. Insufficient light in room. Could not figure out how to turn off light over coffee pot so had to drape it with towels to sleep. Parking nightmare¿no valet, main entrance closed, dimly lit lot.
