Cons -
- I had to change my room two times because the bathrooms had mildew in the shower and rust around the handles. The rooms had an order to it. The hallways and elevator smelled like cigarette and wed smoke. Horrible experience. Drug addicts live there.
- The room condition was awful. It smelled like urine on the floor and the pillow. I had to cover the entire carpet around the bed with towel because of awful urine smell of carpet. It was so unclean and I had hard time sleeping.
- This survey has nothing to do with my original reservation. Two days after I reserved the room, my plans had been changed. Since this reservation was 'non-refundable," I was unable to get a refund, even though I attempted to contact the hotel about this
