The hotel was not what it was advertised online. Elevators were out of service at one point. Kitchen was slow because apparently a server walked out on them. when I told them I was waiting for a burger for over 30m the guy seemed upset that I mentioned it

Pool was closed restaurant was closed and NOT updated on website my 12 yr old son wanted to be in the pool and no eating place in hotel

For some reason I was booked a room and during the night another person had access to my room claiming that it was theirs. Ice machines not working

I had a dirty room, electrical outlet hanging off the wall with wires exposed. Mold on bathroom ceiling and lamps that didn’t work or had no light bulbs.

No body wash no tooth brush requested given 2 small body wash bottles for 2 adults no tooth brush

Very close to metlife stadium. Clean and easy check in. Would stay again

I was 30 minutes early to my check in time and staff refused to check me in.

The location and staff were nice that?s about it.

Not well maintained at all. The worst Hilton I have stayed at. For the price I would have expected a better hotel. There was mold in the bathroom, parts of the hotel room were falling apart. No fridge either. The air conditioning was soo loud.

Chose this hotel because it advertised a shuttle that MetLife Stadium, did not mention added costs or sketchy people running shuttle. Restaurant/bar was closed before and after event, what a missed opportunity and huge disappointment.

Room was old and dirty. Issue with electrical socket in the bathroom.

We were going to a concert at Meylife Stadium and the hotel is across the street.

There was black mold throughout the bathroom. We could not be moved due to overselling at the hotel. The front desk was not very accommodating.
