Not great customer service . I asked for sheets to be changed cause they had a stain on them. They never changed them. I asked a couple of different days and nothing

The breakfast

The staff was not very friendly. We asked for 2 rooms beside each other (we were with another couple) and we were put at opposite ends of the hallway. My room was across the hall from the elevator and that's all you could hear all night long.

The front staff were personable and the breakfast was good.

There was NO hot water in our room! There were three of us and they only gave us two washcloths. The smell in the room was a mixture of lemon and then garlic. The heat was nonstop even when we tried to turn it to cool.

I had to check out early couldn't deal with the smell

The smell of the room and no Netflix I couldn't even hook up my PlayStation to stream

Breakfast

The heater smelled like someone urinated in it we changed our room and the next room had a faulty emergency lock and we were locked out of our room for about a hour until someone from maintenance could come to the hotel and unlock it. Also no inside pool

Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable and clean. Loved the shampoo & conditioner. AC works. Shower was clean.

I was expecting a bed and sofa (there was 3 of us). We had a double bed & recliner. Apparently there were no other rooms available. For $--- they should have done better than a reclining chair. Fortunately he gave me a blanket to sleep on the floor with.

pool out of order.. workers speak no english.. no handicap room we ordered.. had to speak into phone for workers to understand me..

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The first room had backed up tub, loose door handle into the main room causing a safety concern and the sink faucet was loose. The second room had what we think were ticks but may have been bed bugs.

Location and breakfast

We arrived late from the airport and found out our 2q beds room was extremely smelly of cigarette. They have signs everywhere of smoking free hotel. Went down to get an explanation and a different room. Ended up with 1q bed for the night. Changed rooms.

They take 100 dollar from my debit card and never return the money

They said take deposit from my checking account, and never return my money, that's is stolen.

Convenient and affordable

$100 incidentals hold. Most hotels only charge $40 MAXIMUM. It's like they EXPECT you to damage/ steal something.... $25 "Early check in fee" AND another fee for "late check out". Basically false advertising for all the extra fees and surcharges...

Room was filthy, cobwebs, mold in bathroom, dirty linens. And locks on doors are loose. Tvs don't work and some staff is rude.

Noisy, right beside the elevator, very strong chemical smell that would go away, like someone was getting a perm. Went down for breakfast at 8:35 and there was nothing left except for under cooked home fries and sausage

Location

They are working on the roof and did not alert guess. I was on the top floor and was woken up by the roofers each day.

Good breakfast with variety of snack to choose

Pool and laundry service was down. Pool indefinitely time.

Our room had no ventilation and wreaked of mildew. It was damp and stuffy the whole time. We let management know and they offered to move us to another room but they also said all rooms are the same, humid and stuffy . They are unable to turn on the vent.

This hotel was clean and efficient. Served good breakfast. Great choice and economical.

Everything was perfect
