    Cons -

    • Not being able to experience the Patio. Was at capacity when we got there. My guess is mostly people not staying over.
    • Left a pair of expensive headphones. Realized as soon as we got home and called. Someone clearly kept them as a trophy.
    • coffee shop in lobby had no affiliation with the hotel and I could not charge items to my room. seemed odd, I was told to go there. ALso, my electronic lock broke, I was locked out for 2 hours when it was fixed noone alerted me.

A $75 charge was placed on my card. I was not told about this until I saw it on my statement. This should have been told before I checked in as well as a $10 parking fee that I was not aware of

    Location only!

I am a pilot captain and stay at multiple locations! This location should be ashamed of themselves!! I was behind an older handicap couple who were being charged for handicap parking (really)! This hotel is way overpriced for location anyway!

Very beautiful hotel, lovely accommodations, friendly staff

I didn't like while we were checking in there was an upset guest at the next desk loudly complaining, I could barely hear my reception lady talk to me. Might be a good idea to have a place to step aside to deal with issues, upset guests.

I loved everything about it. Having all the stores at walking distance, lots of dining options, the fluffy bed and pillows, the gym, proximity to our family’s home, elegant yet casual place. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the very loud singing at the rooftop restaurant where you couldn’t talk. We will be staying at the Artisan every time we go visit our families. Thank you!!!

Just the very loud singing at the rooftop while you’re eating with your friends.

We were woken up by room service without even a knock on our door!! All night there was noise of moving furniture downstairs somewhere in the hotel. We also ate at the restaurant and they completely forgot our appetizers!! Not a very pleasant stay for the $$$

The facilities were nice, but clearly not worth over $400 a night! The location, for me, was excellent. Everything was very clean.

Almost everything. Biggest concern: I paid for my reservation through booking.com. This seemed fine until I got to the hotel. I was asked to give my debit card, again. The purchase was duplicated, leaving my bank account overdrawn. then, I was asked to check in again, the next day. This made sense because I had made two reservations. However, the girl at reception was strong arming me into giving them $75. This is supposed to be for “incidentals.“ obviously, I could not give anyone $.75, much less $75. My bank account was overdrawn making my Apple credit account payment fail. So I had no money and I would not have any money until the Artisan corrected their mistake. However, they kept telling me to contact Booking.com, even though Booking.com had done everything correctly. The facilities were nice but there were no real “amenities.“ I am not sure why I was paying over $400 for the room and $75 for amenities (which would be refunded if I didn’t use the $75.) Everything was nice but certainly not worth $400+ a night.

The hotel is situated in Tuscan Village shopping district

The noise from the establishment below the my room until passed 1 am and the receptionist was not very friendly and was impatient with me when I was trying to look upThe booking reference. The room rate was very high and not for this category of hotels the equivalent to high end hotel in London.I complainant about the noise and the receptionist gave me an additional hour to checkout and coffee vouchers. I never got the coffee vouchers!!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent — plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Canobie Lake Park, which was a major plus for our trip.

We booked through Booking.com and selected a corner queen room with a lake view. When we arrived, the hotel said they don’t differentiate views, even though we paid a higher rate for the lake view. Never received a refund for the difference. Housekeeping was poor. Dust covered most surfaces except the desk. We found candy wrappers beside the bed. Dirty underwear was left on the bathroom’s bottom rack. Housekeeping only made the beds once during our 3-night stay. We had to flag someone down for toilet paper. Most of the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. They came in, took out trash, and folded towels on the TV stand — no vacuuming or real cleaning.Hard to consider this a 4-star hotel based on that experience.

    Beautiful facility with amazing food.

They never serviced the room. Even after calling. We were here 3 nights.
