Americas Best Value Inn Seward

It was comfortable, quiet for being next to a highway, and easy to get to the fairgrounds.

Had to change rooms because the doorknob was not working right. Don't accept room #131 unless they've fixed the doorknob. I even got locked IN the room! They did, however, give me a new room that was very satisfactory.

I reserved two twin bed rooms and was only able to receive one two bed room and one one bed room. Also, the TV did not work in one of the rooms. Was still charged for two twin bed rooms.

The clerk and another gentleman was very kind.

The hotel was a dump. Water cloudy, afraid to provide to dog or brush teeth. Room smelled of old dirty mold

Really nothing the help didn't know really what they were doing I paid --- dollars for nothing!

No internet couldn't watch TV cause the satellite was down and we were told it be fixed but never was and I payed --- doors for basically to sleep! It was horrible there was trash still under the sink on the floor the shower was disgusting!lots of spider

Hotel was terrible. Had bugs, was not clean, did not have towels. Bedding was dirty. No ice machine or place to get drinks. No food available. U could see outside by ac unit. Was very loud from plumbing. Terrible experience.

the air condition worked great in our rooms. The beds were really soft not my style and they were pretty clean.

The front desk employee was very friendly.

The toilet rocked, the floors hadn¿t been swept, the carpet was not vacuumed, there was stuff under the beds, towels were small, sheets looked like they were shot and needed thrown away.

Location and price. Staff polite.

Couldn't find sleep timer on TV

they didn't clean the rooms and the sheets were dirty. The shower still had a bar of soap and a candy rapper suck to the shower head. The other room I didn't want had food in the fridge and the shower was also dirty.

We had reserved the room for two days. I became ill and they allowed us to cancel the second day even though they had a 24 hour cancellation policy.

I have a slight hearing disability. The TV volume was limited. It was difficult for me to hear.

We ended up here in the middle of a blizzard. The place met my expectations for the price. Staff was helpful and polite and coffee was good.

For the price this is an outstanding hotel very clean and feels very homey Great TV and the Bed was so very comfortable. This is an older style Motel nothing fancy but very clean and comfy. If your okay with an older Motel/hotel this place perfect.

Needs better pillows or a couple extra and an extra blanket on the bed

No coffee maker in room. Told I couldn't get extra towels. Light was missing bulb in the bathroom. Curtains were frayed and billowed when air or heat was turned on. Tvs were old (no HDMI input), remote batteties were dead, phone only worked intermitly.

The location was close to Seward where we needed to be. The air conditioner worked.

Minimal counter space at the sink. The breakfast was below average. There was no soap or shampoo when checked in and only 2 wash cloths. The attendant at the desk was out when we went to asked for these items.

Clean, one of the few choices in the Seward area, bed was reasonably comfortable

Hallways had a funny smell, place was a little "sketchy" overall (room key was a reprogrammed Dave & Buster's game card, interior room numbers were just written on a piece of paper taped to the door), front desk worker's English was a little rough

Noisy air conditioner and refrigerator.

There was nothing that was good. The rooms were smelly and very dirty. The matresses had a huge dip in the center. The free breakfast was toast or an option of two cereals and a packaged cinnamon roll.

The smell in the two rooms we had was horrible. They apparently do not run the air conditioning often and the mildew in the room made it smell horrible.

It was cheap enough. But you pay for what you get. The bed was super comfy. But the room was definitely in need of updating.

No drinking glasses, no soap, no shampoo, room very musty smelling

The room was nice, not new, but clean. My stay was fine for the money.

Person in lobby a little hard to understand, but okay. The rest was fine.
