Cambria Hotel Omaha Downtown

Room was very comfortable and spacious.

Excellent location, free shuttle to the airport which was much appreciated- Jason was kind,helpful and good company. Room large and very comfortable. Loved light features.

Breakfast was a buffet which I like but eggs were rubbery, French toast sticks hard, coffee was good as were muffins. Staff was excellent

I appreciate the attentiveness to comfort and experience from the staff. I have not booked a hotel for a trip for a while, and was very pleased with this choice for stay. Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and leisure days for history of downtown. Close enough to walk/drive/bike to the next destination. Also, something new to my experience: trash & recycle bins in the room. Some definite gold stars & brownie points for this! All in all, I highly recommend.

Honestly, there were no faults in my book. I didn’t get to use all of the amenities involved (pool) but I was too busy seeing everything else around!

Convenient location with good highway access and close to Old Market area. Friendly, helpful staff. Above average gym and pool stays open late. Comfortable rooms.

I've been staying here a couple times a year for 5 or 6 years now and I really like this hotel, but there are some concerning signs. They've started charging for parking which they never did before ($15/night), the shuttle to and from the Old Market area is gone, some of the little extras in the gym (towels, exercise mats) aren't there anymore. Nothing major, just small things getting a little worse. Hope this isn't a trend that continues.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. the location was perfect since my daughters apartment was very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

we were going to eat dinner in the hotel but when we asked if we could have cesar salad they were all out of dressing. we decided not to take a chance on the restaurant and went somewhere else.

Great location. I did not eat at the hotel. It was quiet and I liked the laminate floors.

When I checked in, someone had given my room to someone else with a similar name; it took a while to find me a room. Room was too warm and AC did not cool it down very fast.

Had a problem with my reservation since looks like the staff doesn’t talk with each other. Miscommunication and messed with my work agenda, since it takes almost 2 hours to check in. Brian at front desk hates his job, not helpful at all. Also, the room was dirty.. lots of hair everywhere, shower, floor, sink, bed. Very poor food at the restaurant.

Staff goes above and beyond; Sharon (or it could be Shannon, I am awful with names) and Amelia were AMAZING our entire stay. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life.

Can’t find a single bad thing to say!
