Paying for parking

Good location to downtown and was clean.

Had an extra $10 charged to my credit card, never bought anything at the hotel unless they charged me for the "free" breakfast. They never emailed me my receipt like they said they would. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

The hotel itself is fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed was smaller then we expected. The location was not bad just under construction.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk lady was new and I really liked her, she seemed to love her job and it does. Very clean.

Having to pay to park. That annoyed me, had trouble even finding a parking place. If I am going to have to pay extra to park it should be covered and monitored. Three need was pretty hard.

The staff was very friendly especially the front desk. The hotel was super clean and my son had a blast in the pool. The location was good and easy to access the hotel. It wasn’t far from a lot of the places we visited. I would definitely stay again.

My only complaint was about the parking. I had to pay for it which I wasn’t aware of. It wasn’t expensive, $10 but my actual complaint was that I had to share the parking lot with two other buildings which one was an event place of some sort. It was a non issue during the day, but Saturday night in the pouring rain was a different story.

The location was great.

The air conditioning was broke. The walls are paper thin and we could hear other people and doors shutting the entire night causing us to get no sleep. They also charge for parking in a hotel that we already paid $150 for. Not worth the money AT ALL

Staff was super friendly and professional! Location was good for us. We like to spend time at the Old Market sometimes, so we were close to that. A couple of good bar food places within two minutes of the hotel. The lobby/rooms/hallways were really clean. Carpet seemed pretty new...not sure how long the hotel has been there. Bed was comfortable. The thermostat is on the wall rather than on the cooling unit itself.

Hot tub was out of order. Our Booking.com reservation said our rooms would be 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed...none of our rooms had the sofa bed. Management offered us a roll-away, and recommended calling the hotel directly whenever booking through a third party (Booking.com, etc.) to confirm one is getting what is booked...good idea I'll use in the future.
