Location to highway

Not super clean or needed updating.

Everything, hot room, floor moved when you walked on it, double charged me and now won't answer the phone, smelled horrible, no one at the front desk, very weird feeling, won't answer phone to solve issue

The Size of the Rooms, the quiet, comfortable, and convenient location. The Staff do a great job taking care of guests n�eds.

Bathroom was really dirty. No toilet paper. Pillows were uncomfortable. Floor looked dirty. Staff was not nice at all.

sheets smelled like a mans cologne carpet wasn't vacuumed found dirty socks next to the bed sink would not drain breakfast was waffles very loud parties on the floor at midnight

The easy access to parking, nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Comfy rooms with good beds.

It?s located in a fairly quiet area.

Reserved a king bed. When we checked in there were no rooms available with a king bed.

Heated pool, dog friendly, continental breakfast

Bathrooms needed an upgrade;

Dirty carpets. Breakfast substandard. Curt and short checkin clerk.

Poor cleanliness EVERYWHERE! Breakfast selections not refreshed.

Very dirty. Worthless breakfast. Cereal donuts heat up your own sandwich. This place needs a lot of improvements. Needs very deep cleaning. Paint would help also.

It was an older hotel. We had no complaints at all. Had a great nights sleep before heading down the road the next morning . The Staff was very friendly

The room requested was not available. Another room wasn't cleaned. The desk clerk tried a different room with a king bed and a roll-away bed, but the battery in the door lock was dead, he thought. We went to a different hotel. Waiting for REFUND!

Price and location. Breakfast was good.

Not a 5 star but if you are looking for a bargain, it meets that bill.

The bathtub could have used a little more cleaning, but it wasn¿t bad.

Very nasty place. Front entrance was nasty. Needed a good sweeping and pressure wash. Millions of cigarette & cigar butts at entrance and veh pull thru. Interior had a bad odor, as did our room. Trash was overflowing from all of the receptacles that I saw

The room was clean, quite large, and comfortable.

The morning breakfast options were ratter uninspired.

The hotel was very good. Food was very good, i.e. microwaving the breakfast sandwiches was different, but with the waffle maker no one will ever leave hungry.

In Kearney, going down the side street to find entrance was okay, but did not cause much of a problem.
