The smell of the room the floor were uncomfortable it also had mold in the windows

The young lady that checked me in was new so, the process was longer than expected. My room was dirty. There were ashes everywhere. As late and as tired as I was from traveling, it wasn't worth the trip back to the desk to complain. I won't return.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Checked reviews afte my stay there. In over 1 1/2 yrs nothing has changed. The WORST was an open sewer ling\e that was discharging. (I thing this is a violation of NC Health Department standards and could be fined.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed. The hotel is in very poor condition. We checked in after 45 minutes we arrived because the associate had left. Dirty floor and both inside and outside are in poor condition. The bed sheets are dirty. Avoid

The hotel manager is rude and not professional. Every part of the hotel is low-end and in poor condition. Future guests, do not book this hotel or you will regret it.

Bed and pillows were good. Shower was good

Toilet would not flush. TV remote did not work. No shampoo-conditioner-lotion to use. Parking lot was sketchy. Cars that looked abandoned in lot. No on working counter in morning to get toilet help.

Room quality. The sink in the bathroom was not properly installed causing water to accumulate on the base. No chair at the desk in the room. Musty smell.

it was a place to sleep

Yes, The matters were way too hard, and that keeps you from getting a good nights sleep. The beds were very sloppy made. The sheets were hanging out from under the bedspread. they had just been throw over the bottom sheet. Very poor house cleaning.

All the doors were indoors, and anyone coming in had to pass a desk clerk, which made me feel safer for the fact that this hotel was down a dark alley.

Housekeeping woke me up at 9am when I didn't have to be out until 2 hours later, and should have been allowed to sleep.

Where do I start? The roaches? The damp carpet? The moisture on the bathroom floor that spread from the damp carpet that caused me to slip and almost fall? The shower that only had a trickle of water? The lousy cable service? The paper-thin walls?

When ready to check in, the room was not ready. So I came back about an hour later, and it was still not ready. The desk receptionist was great working with me to get the room ready. thanks, gh

It was the cheapest price room i could find in the area.

My room key did not work on Saturday or Sunday. The room was freshened on Saturday, but not Sunday, the room was as I left it, bed unmade, no clean towels, cups etc. On checkout I asked for a receipt but was refused one, reason bc I reserved room online

When you first walk in, it looks like a nice place.

I was ear up by BED BUGS or something in room 224 and I will never stay at this hotel ever agaun. My first experiance and it was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are wat better places..

The room wasn't cleaned at all. Pet deposit was not refunded.
