The room was on the ground floor

Room smelled bad of mildew and there was black mold on the wall in the bathroom! Pool had not been functional for quite some time! Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at!!

Good location, reasonably priced. Some of the staff were friendly, others not so much.

Falsely advertising breakfast- muffins and coffee is NOT breakfast. Some bugs in the room because the lower door seal was completely eroded away. No service to room over 2 day stay- not even to take the garbage out.

Receptionist was pleasant. Cheap,clean place to lay my head.

It was outdated and had some holes in bedding.

Comfortable, peaceful, clean, and private. Will definitely come back .

You get what you paid for. The staff is really nice.

No pool,the smell of smoke.

Went to watch fight Saturday at 10pm Got back around 130am My key wouldn¿t work Went down to office and sign on door said be back at 7 am So I couldn¿t even get in my room that night

Feces on the floor of the first room, second room shower was broke.so we had to leave it on all night.know one was there to fix it and the people there didn't care to

I was supposed to get a follow up call from you guys on Saturday December 24,2022. No one ever called me back or any type of response. I'm a VIP customer however when a problem arises I see that it doesn't matter I got treated poorly as a customer.

The non-smoking room absolutely smelled of cigarettes with burn marks on at least half of the linens. There was no "free breakfast " as advertised due to "Covid". Walls were thin and other guests kept us up after 11pm and we had to be up at 5.

The lady checking me in was super nice. That¿s about anything good I have to say.

As soon as I opened the room door I was hit with a strong cigarette odor. The comforter had stains and cigarette holes. crumblings of the wall around outlets were on the ground. Bugs crawling on the walls. at check out the receptionist was passed out.

Nothing, this place is a nightmare.

It¿s a drug infested slum. Blood stains on bed linens . Room had strong pot odor. Loud music. Girl working looked to be doing drug deals 3 different times. No continital breakfast. No coffee pot. Microwave did not work. Phone did not work . And more

I woke up at 2am to use the restroom & upon turning on the vanity light there was tons of roaches that scattered. There was no staff available to report this to. I had to gather my belongings & leave at 2:30 in the morning not knowing where I would go.

Staff was extremely helpful and efficient.

The electrical outlets were hit or miss. Refrigerator and half the plugs didn¿t work. Pool was closed despite website saying it was open. Breakfast was also listed as open on website but closed ¿due to Covid¿

Only thing I liked was it was quiet and not about of people.

Couldn't get a room on bottom floor didn't have hot water on the whole floor.drink machine didn't work.The tub was nasty,cleaned it myself. No pillows on bed. No towels. The TV didn't work at all. No breakfast yet was told there would be.

Good value for a quick night sleep. Room was good for the money.

Lack of exterior lighting is a huge deal. Several lights were out and there were large cobwebs on the terraces.

The original room I was placed in was super dirty, the bed wasn¿t made, somebody else¿s key was there, and it smelled like smoke. I was then put in another room and it smelled bad and had a broken door, hardly any soap.

I didn¿t like anything, I will never stay again.

There was a party until 2am. Burn holes in the bedding and towels.Carpet wore out.

The staff was friendly.

The people over my room was loud all during my stay. I was not able to get much rest. Room next to me had music playing loud at 1 am. No swimming pool or continental breakfast as advertised. I was very disappointed with the stay.

What I did not like was hair all on the floor in the shower walls ,refrigerator, floor,stain shower curtains , bed linens had black spot the refrigerator in the room was broke the pool was not cleaned I personally would not recommend anyone staying there
