Hampton Inn Mt. Airy

Convenient and good breakfast.

Room was not cleaned and when arrived to ask if we could checked in earlier front desk person almost rude.

It was clean, with comfortable beds and attentive staff.

No; it was perfect.

Cleanliness and location of the hotel.

Bed was not very comfortable. Usually Hampton Inn beds are great and we look forward to sleeping in one. I don't think I could have slept another night in that one.

The hotel overall was clean and well maintained.

We were parked in a handicap parking space right next to the main entrance of the building. A Tour Bus pulled up to the main entrance to load at 7:00 AM blocking us in and prevented us from leaving until 8:20 AM.

Clean, friendly staff Convenient

We travel with our dog often, especially Hampton Inns. We appreciate dog friendly hotels. We were charged $75 for two days, the highest we have experienced. Adding a pet to the stay and showing fees would be appropriate.

The hotel was conveniently located and quite close to several eating establishments. We were given a choice of floors and the hotel room quality was quite sufficient. The bed was comfortable; however, the pillows were extra soft.

The front desk staff started off not so friendly when we first arrived; however, as the check-in process continued, the friendliness improved.

Cleanliness and overall condition of the place

No drawers in any of the furniture. No seating in the lobby area.

Location was great, staff was really friendly.

Continental breakfast was just okay here compared to Hampton Inn in Toledo where we stayed last month.

Complained about toilet running. Breakfast area too small

The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, the facilities were quiet and clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was good. That's what I want after being on the road all day.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel.

Room 320 was nice and clean. . But there was chemical rubber/plastic smell to the room.

There is not much to like about this hotel. Staff are not overly friendly. The AM breakfast is mediocre at best. There are many other nicer hotels in the area

Even with requested daily cleaning the most attention you get is a set of towels and trash emptying. Housekeeping staff are not friendly and cheap with giving out any shampoos or soaps

Location, cleanliness, friendly & helpful staff. Lots of great restaurants around.

I think the parking lot could have been a bit better lit.

The room temperature was so cold, but there was an awful smell when we turned on the heat. We were pretty cold.

The breakfast was terrible!and coffee even worse! Went to another restaurant.

This hotel was great, breakfast was really good and many choices. Room was clean and had all we needed. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back

Sheets did not fit the king bed , the bottom one was way too small causing it too ride up the side of the mattress and wrinkled up under us ,,, very irritating!!

Extremely clean. Best I have seen in ages. Also the bed was very comfortable rating the highest I have slept on in a hotel or elsewhere

Could have had a microwave in room. Small TV. TV¿s are very cheap so would be easy upgrade.
