Comfort Inn Mount Airy

The beds were clean and comfortable, the staff were vwry kind to us in particualr at check in but there was alot of overheard drama in the morning during breakfast, that kids or anyone spending $--- a night should not be listening to.

Room was not very clean. Chair had stains my teens refused to use it. Closet was dirty outside. Staff drama in the morning. No lock on lobby bathroom door. Wayyyu overpriced fot what we experienced.

Avoid: Outdated & DampI cannot recommend this hotel. The room smelled bad, the carpet was damp, and the TV did not work. The bathtub faucet was backwards, and there were no USB ports or basic toiletries. Severely outdated.

Breakfast, cleanliness

Very noisy. Also, the refrigerator made so much noise, we had to unplug it. The desk chair was broken and unstable.

To start this hotel is in a not so great area. Lots of random people loitering around from a random store next door. Outlets in the bathroom did not work. Pink mold all over the shower curtain. Air conditoner was so loud. Young child behind front desk.

Location, smallish size, nice pool ?

Bedspread was dirty with 2 large stain soots. Breakfast muffins consistently raw in center and inedible.

Had a very strong unpleasant smell when we walked in and then again when we used the elevator and again when we got to the floor our room was on. The couch in the king room was fading on cushions, bath tub needed updated or resealed. Wasn¿t the cleaniness

Staff was wonderful. Nice large tv.

Wi-Fi was really bad. Couldn¿t hardly ever connect and once I was on it would kick me off. Fine if my cell worked but AT&T is horrible at this location.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. Great selection of food to pick from. Location was close to what we wanted.

Our room smelled like smoke real bad. It was very damp and had a moldy smell. The room was okd and needed an upgrade. The breackfast was rough. The eggs were gritty and the margarine tasted terrible.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel smells so clean when you walk into the lobby.

I wish the pool area was a tad cooler.

The room had a little bit of a musty smell to it that stayed the entire time. The shower had a few previous guests hair on the wall. Overall not the worst but kinda pricey for the quality I thought, I've stayed in a lot of hotels for work over the years.

It was very clean, staff was super nice.

Some of the channels didn't work on the TV.
