Absolutely nothing

My 3 year old child found a pill in her bed left by negligent staff, checked out early due to safety concerns. Staff refused routine room check at check out,12 hours of us being off the property filling formal complaints staff denied returning deposit.

Noisy ac. Breakfast and fitness center were weak.

Concerns about safety. Equipment (ice machine, refrigerator) not working. Common areas unclean. Extreme highway noise.

The hotel is very nice. It's very clean the beds are comfortable. The coffee maker works and they do have breakfast.

Needs to make sure all their smoke alarms work and not still in plastic.

The rooms are not very clean some of the people that work here have an attitude

Everything. Room was gross. Nothing. Lean. Smelled like urine. Mold on windows and AC

Was there for 2 weeks and my room was never cleaned, the linens were never changed, broken toilet paper holder, no vanity mirror, paint chipping on the bathroom ceiling, and cigarette burns on the comforter. Looks nothing like the online pictures.

Price

Clearly you get what you pay for. Dirty rooms. Dirty carpets. Dirty floors. No continental anything, even coffee. Air conditioning barely worked, couldn't sleep with a blanket due to temperature. Had to sleep without one. Poor overall experience

Nothing at all.

Everything. Poorly maintained facility. They used duct tape to hold an A/C unit together. There was hairs on the floor and bathtub. Worse part, the hotel has ROACHES. My son and I checked out early.

Location. Right off Highway made it convenient for the 15 minute trip to High Point

Coffee maker was broken for my entire stay Common areas were dirty.

Staff was friendly, good location. Pets allowed.

Floors were not carpet and the tile was filthy, no in room phones, resulting un going to desk for any needs. Wall above shower was molded and disintegrating.

The beds were very comfortable It was within 10 miles of where our meeting for the next day was located. The fridge and microwave worked properly.

Sink leaked, hair dryer did not work, shower had pliers for turning water on and off, And smelled like marijuana in the hall. No coffee pot in room, however there was paks of coffee. Swimming pool not operable, still had cover on it.

The room they gave me was already occupied. There were roaches and other bugs throughout the building. I refused to see what a room looked like. There were people ¿hanging out¿ throughout the building at 11:30. Spend the money and go elsewhere.

NOTHING!

The bathroom was dirty. The tub was filthy. I returned to the front desk to ask for another room and was informed that I had the best room available. I declined to stay there. I was to be charged for 1 night, was charged for 3 nights.5/6-5/9.

The TV didn't work refrigerator didn't work couldn't close the bathroom door beds were hard pillows were about the size of throw pillows for your couch

The only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to where I needed to be.

Where do I begin ? The staff was rude. The hotel was extremely dirty. My 1 year old found a fake nail, still attached to a real name with a bandaid wrapped around it in the bathroom. The dresser was missing drawers. Bed sheets had stains on them..

This hotel had dirty sheets, bugs, dirty counter,and broken bathroom door handle alsoi bookedasmoking room and they gave meahard time about it but they dis give me an ashtray afteri showed them my reservation. When we got to the room smelledofweed!we left

Staff could have been a little more knowledgeable about the hotel and i stayed an extra night which i went down to front desk and told them i was staying a extra night after i paid they still tried to kick me out of the room until i showed them my receipt

Lights in elevator broken,Smelled like cigarettes when you walk in, Water pressure too low ,outside broken bottles in parking lot , Key had to be reactivate every time we left the room,desk staff rude & blamed us, all vending machines broken, ice broken

The only positive thing about this hotel was the locstion. It was close to the hospital.

It was filthy. Trash in parking lot, elevator, hallways & stairways. Checked into a king room TV didnt work. Moved to a double & fridge was broken. Cigarette holes in bedding & stains on towels. Staff was unprofessional and rude. Horrible breakfast.
