We stayed on a Saturday night that had some sort of party in the atrium and it was very noisy to the police showed up around 2-3AM. Tried to talk with the person working behind the desk when checking out but she was on a personal phone call.

The staff were not friendly at all. The ?breakfast buffet? that was $15 a person consisted of 3 pieces of bacon, some potatoes, and gravy. We waiting for 15 minutes and the waitress never came so we ended up just leaving. And Our air didn?t work.

The staff was beyond friendly. the AGM checked us in and upgraded us to a suite. It was GREAT. Employee walked us to elevator and pushed the button for us and held door for us to walk in. Super hotel
