It was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was very relaxing.

The ac vent in the bedroom did not run at all.

we like the service. The staff is wonderful and friendly. they was very Respectful. The room was clean. Love the breakfast staff.

The pool and spa was not working.

I love the location. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Dusty table lamp. Toilet seat kept moving and needed to be tightened. Room looked used and really needed touchups.

The welcome cookies and that you must have a keycard to get on the elevator to get to your room.

The hotel appeared clean to the eye, but the hallway carpet smelled like urine, there was rust on the lamps and in the shower, the underground garage had no ventilation, and my allergies (allergic to mold and dust) went crazy all night at this place. A housekeeping cart with the name Kendra was left outside my room with dirty towels on the floor surrounding it my entire stay. I told the front desk, and they said they would move it but didn't. Also, the location, although right next to the police station, seems sketchy. My second night at this place, there were some rowdy guests on my floor who were very loud from 12 am until 4 am. Called the front desk to handle the situation, and they just slammed the door in the young lady's face, and nothing was resolved. There is no security in the building, and no police were called. I didn't feel safe and couldn't wait to leave the next morning.
