Hampton Inn High Point

Room was ok

Price was crazy expensive, jacked up cost for a furniture convention which I was not a part of. Old furniture like a low price hotel, shower curtain rod was rusted. Breakfast was nothing special.

The staff was awesome

Had a busted water leak in our room. Had to leave our event in the middle of the day on Saturday to go move all our stuff to another room.

found hair in the bed. Elevators were out of order.

Wonderful atmosphere friendly staff great customer service hotel was clean love the breakfast in the morning love the fitness facility rooms were nice it was a great experience to stay at the Hampton Inn in Archdale would definitely recommend!

I I¿ve come to expect and receive a clean well-maintained room. Check in is easy after a long drive.

After having stayed in three Hamptons recently, I was just appointed in the breakfast buffet. It wasn¿t up to the others.

Rooms were very clean

Pool was closed, coffee pot was missing a part, morning coffee was served by one lobby employee Behind the counter, no onsite coin laundry, and the bath tub didn’t drain. Not what I expected from Hampton Inn. Surprising and disappointing.

Minor issue but the trash bags are way too small for the trash cans. You drop a piece of trash in and the whole thing comes off and falls down in the can. The rest of the trash just becomes a mess in the can. I feel sorry for the housekeeping staff.

The breakfast

The room was very small for two people. The rooms are dated and need to be reorganized. There is no closet other than a hanging rod to hang your cloths on.

I love the breakfast.

My shower was clogged and I called the front desk and asked if maintenance could come and fix it and they assured me it would be done by the end of the day and nothing was every done. Therefore, taking a shower was like taking a bath at the same time

We have used this location many times in the past. Service is always top notch.

Staff is tremendous! We felt welcomed even before we began registration.

The breakfast area was on the smaller side but the breakfast was really good. A lot of variety to choose from and everything was hot and very good.

Nothing that I didn’t like about breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The building was relatively clean, except my room mattress smell the body odor so bad I had to sleep in the chair for 2 Nights Pl., but there was nowhere else to go. Sorry I had to tough it out.
