Dirty, smelled. .toilet water wouldn't go down

It was nice, in a great area

The neighboring room made noise all night and had their car in front of our room window working on it. Recmvving the engine. Shining lights in our window all night. Yelling, cussing and just being loud.

There was a huge rat in the pool while my toddler was in there we left immediately made the staff aware. The denied giving me a refund

The lobby and room had a funky smell. The hallway carpet had stains and the wood was all scuffed up. There was broken tile in the bathroom, the shower surround has some mildew growing in the cracks, and the carpet in the room had stains on it.

The staff is very polite and I love the breakfast. Also the location was awesome.

The staff were so kind! The system was down and elated checking in but they went above and beyond to help everyone.

Nothing room was dirty. I had to scrub the bathroom with bleach. And when i finally waa able to gonto sleep im woken by the fire alarm

Carpets never vacuumed dirty in all entrance staircase and rooms - bathroom grout missing moldy

Desk employee was very nice and accommodating. Hotel easy to find and it is clean.

I could not get the TV to work no matter what I tried even following instructions on the TV. I tried to call the front desk a few times to get some help and no one answered the phone. This is just a basic hotel...no frills!

It was conveniently located off the interstate and near food and gas stations.

Booking, checking and location in was good. The issue I have is when I step out of the room on Sunday my payment receipt with my information was placed on the floor in front of the door. I don¿t think this is a good idea for anyone to see.

My room was spotlessly clean, with free internet and an excellent (10/10!) free breakfast included.

The hotel was easy to find and in a location where you can get something to eat and go. The hotel did offer breakfast for two hours, usually hotels will serve breakfast until checkout ends.

The staff should be dressed more professionally then street attire at the front desk. This would make you feel more comfortable about where you are staying. Also, the restroom barely had any room to move in.

The hotel was just ok, it definitely wasn¿t worth ---for one night. It¿s an older hotel (and if it¿s not that old, it looks it), the paint was coming off the bathroom door badly, and when I walked into the room it was pitch dark

As a female alone, I would have preferred to walk into a room with some type of light.

Room was dirty, wallpaper peeling off, rust in bathroom, shower rod was put up with wood, hotel is dated, people smoking and walking through parking lot all night, was harassed for money in the parking lot, did not feel safe.

Comfortable clean within budget

Walls a little thin. What happened to bananas for breakfast?

The staff is friendly, bed is comfortable, shower has good flow.

The building is old and needs renovation, there is a bad small the minute you walk in the hotel lobby.
