It was a roof over our head

Tub squeaked everytime you moved. Water damage on the ceiling. Carpet was disgustingly dirty

THEY did NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION - AND TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT HELP ME!! I HAD 2 ROOMS RESERVED WHEN I SHOWED UP - AND WAS TURNED AWAY - WITH 4 KIDS!!! THEY DIDNT CARE, DIDNT WANT TO HELP, AND WERE JUST SIMPLY RUDE TO ME!!! DO NOT GO THERE

It had a nice set and was close to many places to eat and shop

It's in a great location, convenient to all kinds of stores and restaurants. The big screen tv is awesome, although somewhat awkwardly located in the queen sized room. The rates are very reasonable, and the staff is nice.

They only provide you with one roll of toilet paper for your whole stay. The halls were not clean at all, and were always very hot and stuffy. The parking lot is really narrow and crowded too.

This hotel offers no soap bedding changes only one towel per person very rough quality and they do not chAnge them daily. You are invited to wash you own towels and bedding. I was very disappointed. A real crappy experience I would take this place off .

There honestly was nothing to like about the whole experience with this hotel.

In spite of having a kitchenette in the room, which was the main draw for staying, the hotel has been bought out by a different company and no longer offers dishes or pots and pans or anything. There was only a single mug in the room and no other dishware

Let's just go with this...I've travelled all over the world. I've stayed in many levels of hotels, motels, pensione, etc., you name it. Places that were really old and worn, but welcoming and CLEAN! This was the most disgusting place I have EVER seen.

Pealing, cracked, missing linoleum.( really? Who has linoleum in a room?). Carpeting looked like there had been a murder; ten years ago? Filthy! Supposed to be extended stay? 2 plates in the cupboards. No cups, glasses, flatware. Draperies torn. ETC!

The location...MAIN STREET...where everything is

When I arrived to check into my room. The front desk rep assigned me a room that someone else was staying in (OCCUPIED). Finally after 3 rooms...finally checked in and the TV and Telephone did not work AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!

no breakfast, no one cleaned the room, no blanket. fridge was loudno one came to desk to check me outno coffee was made avl.no coffee in rooms either

Hotel was conveniently located near stores and shopping centers.Dislikes: 1st rm had a broken bed, was given 15 minutes to return to rm get my things sprint across hotel to new rm, I walked in on a woman and her 2 small children. 3rd rm, empty but used.

Finallly after an hour of cross country training, was given a decent rm but there was no phone in rm, simply to tired and at 4 am finally in bed to sleep. Had to walk to front desk to use phone to call clerk to get code for Wifi. No refund or credit issue

Price and location to work during a snow storm

Kids running up and down hall. People arguing. Upstairs people were banging around. Check in lady took 15 minutes to come to the desk. Druggies were loitering in the halls. Sounded like the walls and ceiling were going to fall in.

Had to wait for reservations to show up on hotel computer...20 min before I could check in.

Nothing that why I did keep my reservation didn't feel safe there

People hanging out smell like marijuana and safety

Rooms could be a little cleaner

Based upon price hotel is OK - as expected..

Elevator was out of order during part of our stay.
