Breakfast was good but need to add grits

We asked for adjoining rooms but got rooms across from each other

Hotel was clean. Rooms where clean and smelled good. Beds where comfortable. Great breakfast choices

Close to the Furniture Market and very good breakfast.

Could have been a little cleaner.

Helpful staff, complimentary tea/coffee and good variety of breakfast. It is a well managed property.

Overall, a good place to stay. No complaints.

Pillows and the room smelled clean.

Food. Breakfest. Eggs chewing. Buscit where bad left my palate greasy after one bite.

Location is perfect - right on the exit of I85; staff warm and welcoming; room was comfortable and pretty clean; common areas were nicely appointed; free parking!

Bathroom had mold in the shower, water ran yellow, sink did not drain. Bed was old and terribly uncomfortable, pillows were nothing but air. Noise control lacked, hotel was basically empty but they jammed all guests into the same first floor wing¿

Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were wonderful

Apparently there were prior water leaks to our room and they could use a touchup. But that wouldn't stop me from staying there.

The front desk was so helpful and so friendly!

I think it needs a fish tank at the front desk. It would add a lovely touch. Our front desk manager Abby said she¿d be happy to care for the tank if one was put there.

I enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the young lady that cleaned and filled your breakfast area. She was very pleasant

Both my room and my daughter's room had ants in the bathroom and in the bedroom area.

Choose for pool and was not open until I was checking out very disappointed

The location was great. The breakfast was good and the staff made better.

The Cleaning Staff didn't speak English, which was a challenge, so I used my smartphone to talk to them. The pool was under construction.

Friendly and Professional Staff. Snack Bar available near Lobby at Check-In. Breakfast selection was good and tasty.

Price was a bit High for the Star Rating and vs. other Local options.

Breakfast, was surprisingly very good. Staff, was great and toke time to talk and answer questions.

Nothing, totally disappointed. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn express hotels but never had a horrible unclean experience

My room was cancelled when I arrived very late due to hurricane Ida passing through the south. The elevator and 3rd floor smelled strong of urine. the suite had a heavy musty smell. The bathtub was filthy and the toilet had a slimy ring around it.

Distance to where I needed to go when I left that morning.

Shower area was not clean hair on new towels. Does not have charging station for USB. Also guests yelling till 2 am in the he hallway banging on doors.

Location; previous use

Room 219 is over the portico which leaked cold air into the room. The beds only had the thin box springs covering which was torn when we arrived; our cats discovered it and used it as a sleeping hammock. I brought it to the front desk's attention.

Location was convenient, nice outdoor seating. The pool and eating facilities looked nice but were closed due to COVID.

There was not a fan in the bathroom which made for a steamy room.
