Courtyard by Marriott High Point

Location was nice. Hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

We used the pull out couch for my son. It had not been cleaned. The coffee machine was broken (which they did come and fix) and the beds were not very comfortable.

This hotel was overpriced. The website stated that the pool was closed but did not mention the gym, which was also closed I¿ve stayed in hotels that were just as clean, in a room that had the same features and paid a lot less.

The staff are very professional. My room and the public areas in the hotel was very clean and the I loved that the pool was well maintained.

The service was phenomenal. A receptionist went above and beyond her duties to help me with paperwork I needed done in the lobby printer/scanner. Room was extra clean . The bistro/bar was very good and staff was friendly and professional.

My card was charged twice and they weren't sure how to fix it.

The indoor pool is nice, small but clean.

The room was well appointed and exceptionally clean. I wish that I had booked it for three nights in a row.

It was a bit difficult to find on the backside of a dark shopping mall. While not as creepy as it first appeared, I was a bit taken aback and felt lost searching in the evening after sunset.

Breakfast- delicious. Bistro staff went above and beyond to separate yogurt parfait and toppings for our 3 year old. Hotel staff was excellent and so personable EVERY interaction we had with them. I really wish I would have gotten names, but, you know, toddlers. Noon checkout- amazing.

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say or any area that could be improved. I would definitely stay here again. Well- my Starbucks coffee could have been a little stronger ;)

The breakfast was on point and the lady working the counter at breakfast from New York was friendly and very very very helpful. And the grits..........babyyyyyyyy.....they were the best grits I have EVER had in my life!

Staff was really friendly. Food was good.

Housekeeper walked in on us which could’ve been bad. There was also mold in the shower and on the shower curtain and when I told the front desk they just apologized and didn’t try to fix the situation.

Clean and the bakery/bar was nice

Pool wasn’t open and the mall across the street was shut down.

Antoinette was delightful! Very welcoming and so helpful! Grateful for her sweet welcome when I got there late in the evening!
