The staff are the stars of this hotel! From the front desk staff, the breakfast attendant, the housekeepers, even an employee I had indirect contact with ready to see if he could assist. Everyone had genuine, pleasant, unforced customer service attitudes.
It was charming!! Beautiful rooms and very clean!  your lady at the check in desk was amazing. Her attitude was infectious and she was so helpful, warm and welcoming. What an asset!!! I will definitely always stay here when I¿m in the area.
I don¿t have any negative comments. It was wonderful.

Just beautiful! I loved everything.
We came during a weekend of a wedding so we were not able to try the restaurant on the grounds but we are planning to go back and hopefully we can try the restaurant then.
I liked it being close to my last appointment. Another indication that "star" ratings in NC are very misleading. I would give this a 2 - 2.5.
It was old and noisy.
