The room was acceptable

When we arrived, they said that there was a cash deposit required, no other form would be acceptable; staff was extremely rude to us and the other customers checking in. It was a very uncomfortable check in experience and we would not return/recommend.

It was loud dirty and people in and out all night long

Bed, Bathroom light wasn't working properly, no hot water and the towels felt like sandpaper

Misleading pictures and signs made me think that breakfast was included. Without breakfast the price was excessive.

Absolutely nothing

Front desk lady had her daughter and Granddaughter living in the lobby. There was a fight with the front desk lady boyfriend and a guest while I was trying to check in. I had to break it up. The High Point Police came. I decided not to stay there.

I merely needed just a plastic fork to eat my carryout dinner. The front office lady refused and said that they would only bring those out for breakfast. Poor regard for customer satisfaction.

Pool

Room damp & whole floor smelled odd.Some linens stained or dirty.Lobby was closed (attendant talked through Plexi window) and we were denied pillows around 6pm because "cleaning staff went home,and they are the only ones with access to those items".

Nothing the workers were rude there was a bloody toilet paper under the counter in the bathroom I requested my money back and got no where. Do not go to this hotel.

I disliked EVERYTHING nothing at all did i enjoy. I only stayed for 3 hours. Not even .

my first day there rooms were clean didn't have any complaints but the second night we stay there we got a different room and it was filthy

second night there we got a different room it was 50 it wasn't clean at all I had to ask the front desk for clean sheets there was hair in the bed the tub wasn't clean luckily I bring my own clea it was a different person be going back to that hotel again

It was an affordable price.

Rude staff, shoddy maintenance and the room could be cleaner.

this hotel is in disrepair, wall paper falling off walls, water stains through out walls and ceilings, carpet split at seams, upholstery missing on furniture, air conditioner kept turning on and off and they didnt offer coffee in the morning.

The breakfast was a lie. It was just cereal and a milk and nothing else

Marijuana swell all night long

It had no hot water

it advertised breakfast does not have cleanlenes

Everything was fine except

the water pressure was not very good and the amount of hot water was very poor in the morning.

I don't think anything about this hotel. They didn't have my room available.
