The staff was very friendly

There were no dressers to place my clothes and the toilet clogged twice

The staff were great!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was simple but good. The location to Cherry Point was excellent.

The very strong mildew smell in the rooms. My first room smelled terrible, so Mara, Angela and Ella were especially helpful in changing my room and even gave me an upgrade to a bigger room. Unfortunately, my second room did not smell too much better.

The location was pretty good, and the staff was very nice.Hotel employee was a delight at check-in! The breakfast was very good compared to many other continental ones I¿ve had.

The room we stayed in was run down, somewhat musty, and there was black mold along the caulk of the bathroom. It was almost as if that particular bathroom flooded at one time and was poorly repaired.

overall, the hotel was very nice, my only complaint was the room had a bad smell, I called the front desk immediately and got some air freshener. It helped for a minute, there was a humidifer in the room that needed to be empty, it was full of water.

They should have empty the humidifer before the guests arrived in the room. Kinda smells like mole. My nephew camed to visit and he empty it for me. The next day it must have filled up while we were out for the day, because the same odor was upon return

Options for food

Room smelled bad and dirty. Hair in bed, stain on the walls, and black mold.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door was not a proper door. The door was a "barn door" style door that provided no privacy as all as there was a huge gap between the door and the bathroom. No privacy at all. Would not recommend this hotel until this problem gets fixed.

Loved everything. Staff was amazing, free breakfast every morning.

First floor i could hear the people from the room upstairs walking at night. Either the ceiling/floor was thin or they just walk extremely hard.

The guest above me where very noisy allowing there kids to play all night and we asked the front desk to make a call to them about 3 times but it never happened. Until around 2AM it got quite but other than that it was good

The location was perfect for what we were doing. I was truly impressed with quality of room, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again.

The staff was so nice. And the manager, was extremely helpful and felt like a good friend before we left. The hotel was always clean. I would stay at this location again and propably will in the near future as our son is stationed nearby.

Very good breakfast! Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, juice. The breakfast server did a great job keeping up with the crowd.

There was a pervasive smell of mildew everywhere. We were on the third floor our first night and the smell was very strong. We asked to change rooms the second night and were accommodated with a first floor room where the smell was less, but not gone.

Only have 2 complaints. I stayed 3 nights, my room didn't get cleaned the 2nd day I was there, had to go down and get clean towels. The other inconvenience was my room key. Had to get new ones twice because they would randomly stop working.

Staff was nice. Breakfast excellent. Room cleanup excellent. Hotel looked well designed and maintained.

The list of local restaurants needs to be bigger or the staff should have one.
