Roaches room was not clean did not receive my deposit back

There were cockroaches everywhere. This was a stay from hell. The bed was stained and ripped open where someone had been stashing their drugs. The floor was sticky and I couldn?t take my shoes off. I?m still checking to see if I have bedbugs or lice.

The Receptionist was the most amazing person to deal with. Kind, compassionate, thoughtful and caring.

Rooms were dishevelled and not made up or equipped fully. Cockroaches in the room. Sketchy people staying there.

I checked in when I shouldnt have. Tried to keep an open mind, grilling in the parking lot, nursing pitbull running around. Got to the room and just could not stay. No light fixtures, no blanket, smelled like drug use, deadbolt didnt work, items left in d

Door handle broke. Had to figure out how to get out. Tub wasn't cleaned and had to clean it myself. Fridge wasn't clean

That they gave me a refund after I walked into the room and saw how disgusting it was.

The beds were dirty with unmade beds and no comforters. Also there was moldy Mac and cheese in the fridge and other nasty items. The floors had not been swept or mopped in weeks and were corroded with filth. The bathroom sink was stopped up with dirty wat

Loud noises all night ,people fighting outside cussing and screaming the worst no tell ho tel DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING THIS PLACE SUCKS!

rooms were dirty and unpainted, graffiti on wall, room 240 the door handle was broken and wouldnt close, leak under bathroom sink, blinds were stained, bathtub was dirty in crevices, kitchen was dirty in crevices, light fixtures dirty, light switch dirty.

When I arrived I spoke with Brandon,Brendan or Brody who identified himself as the GM of the property. I casually mentioned that I had some issues making the reservation. He replied that he was fully aware of the situation and said " I can cancel this right now?" I explained to him that I never said I had an issue with him or his staff but I had difficulty getting a response from booking.com. I told him that they did advertise a floor plan that does not exist. Also thay I had driven 14 hours to get there and I really needed the first floor non smoking accommodation.The GM proceeded to direct me to room #136 which was a total nightmare. Big issues so I contacted the front office and he said he would send his employee down to speak with me.He directed a woman named Tianna who treated me terribly. She acted as though she was doing me a favor to offer basic customer service. She made it clear that she was not on the clock yet. Her appearance was totally unacceptable as she had half of her stomach hanging out of her shirt. I told her that the room was in extremely poor condition and she answered my concerns by barking at me. She said that " people usually live here and when they check out they steal things" this was her response to the missing refrigerator and microwave from the room. Another complaint was that the bed had a queen sized frame but a full sized mattress on top. I had initially reserved a room with a double bed but they could not provide the accommodation. This room was thier resolution to supplying my need. She said "oh my God" as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I explained that I am a disabled person and it would be dangerous for me to attempt using that bed. I said when I spoke to you last night I asked for a non smoking room and this room is full of smoke. She said this is the only room we have. I grabbed my bags and headed for my car.

Didn't eat breakfast had roaches crawling in the bathroom and bedroom place was smelly and gross!

Nothing it was in a bad area and there was some kind of shit on the 3rd floor stair landing and it reaked of foul Oder and there were people passed out in the front on drugs

I didn’t like anything plus the door was not secured it was loose there were cockroaches everywhere mold everywhere dust everywhere me and my mother were exposed to mold and dangerous allergens

People playing loud music and baking around all night.

Un safe shooting loud nasty roach infested toilet broken have to buy your own toilet paper have to wait for them to wash the towels and sheets u return for u to take a shower rude employee we had to live there it was the worst experience

I didn’t like nothing about that hotel , it was problems every night. People were always arguing , fighting , pulling guns out around my kids and their kids and nothing never got done about it. The housekeepers are the absolute worst all they do is smoke marijuana all day everyday. They never had any clean linens. Let’s talk about the maintenance guy deanjelo he was always cursing someone out , someone kids out ect. That was very un acceptable and unprofessional…
