The staff!!! They let us place all of our luggage in one of the 3 rooms I had reserved while we went to play golf! Very accommodating!!!

One room smelled like skunk and the other room smelled like marijuana!!! we had to change one of the rooms!!! Dave Beto’s room!!!👎👎👎

Our room had very few bathroom supplies, was never cleaned in our 5 day stay, had wet puddles on bedroom carpet, had loud parties in the parking lot late at night, had one working lamp, and the overall appearance is rundown and needing work. BAD AREA

When I arrived, the door to my room would not open. Two hotel staff tried to open it and had to practically force the door open-- which was concerning.. I asked for a different room, but the hotel was sold out. So, the room was very difficult to open.

The walls are paper thin they placed me in a room with a connecting door I could literally hear the person peeing and flushing the toilet and their phone conversations

The Breakfest was a joke, kids, and young aduilts not moving just filling there plate up and just standing. there ask to move and they just stay there eating and getting more food.

The room was recently renovated and gorgeous. The staff were all fantastic. Courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was a wonderful surprise and really helped out.

This will be our go to from now on. Absolutely fantastic!

Crack heads outside sleeping in commons breezeways, staff was very unprofessional and rude! Room wasn¿t very clean! Bedding looks nasty! The pictures on your site don¿t match the room

The front desk staff were amazing. The location was perfect, many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

One 1 movie channel, no microwave In the room, pool was closed for season and no hot tub suites

Broken elevator. No free water. No pool open. The hotel looked old and under constant repair. The staff was lazy and was never at the counter. Even when I checked out the staff was sitting in the lobby area watching a movie and simply stated bye.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The price was reasonable for 2 day stay. It¿s in close proximity to Target, Sam¿s Club, Walmart and plenty choice places to dine . The next time I book I¿ll have to inquire about non pet-Friendly room due to allergie

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the pool is not is use& the property has zero curb appeal. Upon entering the hotel lobby to check in , I noticed how uncomfortable the air quality felt; NO AC!! The carpet in my room was stained and I had

Breakfast was all carbs, no protein ¿ not even hard boiled eggs.

Walls are paper thin, Breakfast not ready in the morning and no coffee. The girl working, when asked when the coffee would be put out, grunted and walked off returning to do the coffee a few minutes later but would ignore and not speak to any guests

We reserved a king suite with pull out sofa for the kids. We pulled out the sofa to find stained/soiled sheets in place. No clean bedding present in room. Went to front desk to request clean linens and pillows, to which we were told "we are all out".

Night time staff was HORRIBLE. She double charged me and I¿m still waiting on my refund. She was also very nasty.

That they actually had breakfast out instead of there to go bags.

Most of the hotel staff have books me in without my ID physically on me I'm able to show a picture but there is one staff member that refuses to do it even with me being in the system and everyone knowing me and he's very rude about it

Convenient location, nice rooms.

Common areas somewhat rundown. Understaffed.

Room size, bathroom, water temperature, and beds.

Doors not working, forced to park in front, not able to see my vehicle from room window, and long check in process. Not sure why it takes so long, after the reservation comes over from the 3rd party, not while waiting for it to show up in the system.

Clean

1. All the bathroom vents are connected. Someone was smoking something interesting and it reeked in the bathroom 2. The toilet cover doesn't sit right and when you flush it makes a racket. 3. At 430 some people were talking loudly in the hallway.

Great Location

The house cleaning was none, no bed making, no clean dry towels for our 2nd night. The sign in the lobby state breakfast was 4AM to 9AM and it did not exist. Breakfast was called a grab and go breakfast that the desk clerk made up in the back if you ask
