Hyatt Place Greensboro / Downtown

Room was not only very clean, but housekeeping stopped by to see if we needed anything. We were on the third floor with construction and a ball game going on, but it was quiet inside. Temperature was easy to regulate.

No, everything was fine, the fact that your card controlled everything made you feel very secure. Even notice that they had a plan in place for handicapped persons!

Cleanliness of rooms

Parking - One thing to note, there was someone smoking marijuana in the parking lot area.

The shower had the BEST water pressure.

Room was a little messy, old bugs and dust on lamps needed a vacuum

Breakfast was good.

Our room refrigerator did not work well, at all. The room was in various states of disrepair and definitely not what we were expecting for the price. There was a large group congregating by the outdoor fire pit until after midnight, very loud!!!

The staff was super hospitable and friendly. Location is prime and design is modern

The room has some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Mildew in the grout. The a/c also was broken in my room and the hotel was fully booked so could not move.

Computers were down, spent over half an hour to check in, finally one of the staff walked us to our room. A room key was required to use the elevator. We didn't receive a key for several hours.

Room's carpet was wet, Bathroom's door lock was broken, and lastly they doubled charged me, after calling the hotel multiple times and they bounced my calls several times before refunding the money. Manager didn't bother to come to phone or call back.

Most of the staff were great, friendly and kind. The breakfast lady was really nice to the diners . Clean room, place felt like home from home.

The room was large, very clean, and worth the money.

The tv was a little on the small side. Especially with the couch being so far away.

parking was awkward but becuase there was construction going on and I didnt understand where the clerk told me to go. Wish it was closer to the nightlife, although not too far off.

I liked the view and the accommodations were spacious.

The beds were soft but stiff. My back was not taking to it. The bathroom smelled a bit.

The room was comfortable and roomy.

The last time we stayed there, the breakfast was much better. And I don't remember having to pay to park, but I could have forgotten.

Excellent, stay.. great location. hotel staff. was very attentive.. Room was very comfortable nice, roomy. And the city view was awesome... I fell asleep like a baby. Breakfast was good.... first time in greensboro I would definitely come back..

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it but parking in the garage with a large SUV was a little challenge but yeah, not bad. It is typical, it is a parking garage after all.!!

The staff were great! Very friendly, welcoming and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and had all we needed. It was nice to have the breakfast included and very attentive staff ensuring the food remained stocked. It was a full hotel, but we never had to wait on anything. The parking felt self and had good lighting.

This was minor, the main hallways to the rooms were nice, but probably needed some updating. It didnt impact my stay, but was slightly noticeable.
