Studio 6 Extended Stay - Greensboro, NC

No washcloths in bathroom the wall had blood on it no covers on bed just sheets only two pillows the fridge was nasty at bottom they have bugs people hanging on stairs drinking when you trying to leave

Filthy, unhealthy, noisy, unsafe.

There were no dishes or pots and pans in the kitchen. I shut the bathroom door and a towel rack fell off of wall. The paint job was horrible

The room was disgusting and I had to clean it myself I changed the linen and took it to the office but the worker refused to give me anything clean because he said I was a liar that I have been in that room the entire time in reality I wasn't in that ro

The location was convenient to the Coliseum event we attended. We dropped our belongings, walked, slept there and left as early as possible the next morning.

The air conditioning did not work in the room. It was hot. It smelled musky & very humid. The toilet would not flush properly. Ran nonstop and almost overflowed. The TV did not work. No drinks available, either in the machine nor during breakfast.

Called on the way to confirm whether I could check in early. Had a hard time getting through then was told that they overbooked and were going to call me to cancel. Had to scramble like crazy to find another hotel.

Staff who checked me in was very nice.

Surprise $150 deposit plus fee. Room i booked wasn't available so i had to pay more for a different room. Room was dirty. Floor was sticky. "Nonsmoking" room had cigarette burns in the arm and seat of couch. Red drops on bathtub floor. No blanket.

Floors were dirty and sticky. Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall. There was spackle in multiple places on the walls that were no painted. Tub has missing part where a hole was left uncovered. Sheets didn't look fresh at all.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There were no blankets or towels in the room. The pullout mattress had mold/mildew all over it. The pool was green and not useable. The staff was rude. We did receive a full refund for the stay.

I reserved a room and was told to come back later to them giving me a key to a dirty room.. I asked for my refund and they gave it to me,,,,I made another reservation and went to front desk I was told house keeping was behind and no room again

They are very unorganized and don¿t look professional at all

Nothing didn't feel safe.

Didn't feel safe. Stains on furniture. Dirty. Switched room 4 times. Housekeeping Didn't clean well. Door safety locks were damaged. One of the worse places I stayed.

Told me I was on the do not rent list and I don't smoke, and it rained really bad for two days and told them it was flooding at the door that the whole floor was wet really bad and they said we take care of it in morning and didn't and then told me I had

The location. Prices. The room and how big it was and that it looked like an apt.

Yes they made me check out and check BK in at 3 and didn't make me do that the first two days which was crazy cause I booked room the same way each time. I don't understand. And never come to fixes the wet flooding floor on room. More to say but no room

THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN REMODELED NICELY FOR THE PRICE I'VE BEEN IN BETTER BUT IT WAS BERY NICE FOR THE PRICE I WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.

PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMER BEFORE BOOKING THAT THE POOL IS UNDER REPAIR. ONLY BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS COOL I Didn't MIND BUT OTHER WISE IT WOULD I'VE BEEN A ISSUE FOR ME THANKS

The hotel staff can seem rude and highly irritated often.
