the staff was the best. the atmosphere was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

no big deal but I think coffee should be available in the lobby 24/7.

I didn't care for the set-up of the room. The decor of the room was very dark.

You are supposed to connect to the TV with your phone and stream but that didn't work.

The layout of our room was fabulous. We had plenty of separate space for two people to get ready. The room was very comfortable. Staff members were very attentive.

I cannot think of anything that would improve our experience.

The hotel has so much character. The room was spacious. We dined at the hotel restaurant which was ver convenient. It was close to the Tanger Center whjere we went to the symphony.

The chromcast to stream my shows on the TV didn't work. This was very disappointing.

The location is great & very well maintained for its age. Loved the filtered water station on each floor.

The O’Henry is my favorite hotel. The staff always greats you when you walk in the door, the restaurant is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the soaking tub comes with a rubber duck. The rooms are unique in that the ceiling is painted to look like the sky and the bathroom/vanity area has a separate sink outside the shower area. I like the hotel so much that I have now stayed there five times when I have come into Greensboro. If there was an O’Henry in every town I would never stay anywhere else.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All the amenities in the room one would want. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted great and service was superb.

Dining was convenient and we were able to walk through the hotel for our reservations. Rooms were exceptional. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom and dressing area were the best we have had stateside.Overall, a wonderful experience for the family.

Maybe pancakes on the brunch menu for children.

The accommodations were beautiful and clean. I also had the opportunity to have afternoon tea, and it was a lovely experience. The location was close to shopping and restaurants.
