There was NO towel or washcloth. Bedding subpar. I had to go buy pillows.

Dirty; unkempt; lots of people fighting; felt unsafe.

The area is perfect ...

Room was horrible. I washd up in the sink bcause I will never step a foot in that NASTY tub to not even to shower.. the rest of the bathroom was dirty as well, the bed sheets were stained. the top locks were torn off the door. Burn stains on counter tops.

Nothing I will be demanding all my money they kept me hostage financially with 100 deposits no where in reservations contracts

Filthy, drug activity door lock broken microwave broken would not give my money back so I could go somewhere else called corporate 8 times no help nothing that said came with room was available

The $100 deposit i had to pay for 1 night. Beds not comfortable. Room not clean. Rundown hotel.

Under bed was full of garbage. Room slept 4 - only 2 bath towels and no hand towels provided. When I went to checkout (9am), office was locked and no employees in area. I dropped key in mail slot. I was charged pet fee after providing service dog card.

The hotel was filthy dirty on the inside and the outside. I honestly didn¿t even want to stay there after I walked into the room it was a bad area people were outside, smoking weed and drinking. It was noisy because it¿s right on top of the freeway and it

I liked the location of the room because it was very convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

The room wasn't whatI expected.I had to pay a $100 deposit plus the $-- for the room.I get in my room and it's filthy,I have pictures of the refrigerator,which has mold build up.Now Iam sick.

It was a mess.check in clerk was nice. Office was locked had to wait 15 miniutes to check in. Key did not work had to replace, no soap another trip back to the office. No one available at checkout 8:15 am. Had to call number on door wait for clerk,

(cont) who was a sleep to come down and print a receipt. The place was filthy out side and in bad need of a overhall, .i sprayed for bed bugs and wore flipflops the whole time.

The location s great.

The hotel has become housing for many families with children's equipment scattered around. Also, the front desk attendant used their personal phone to take a picture of my driver's license. When asked why and to delete it they were not cooperative.

The tub was dirty / overall cleanliness of room reflected substandard cleaning The bed was uncomfortable Our safety felt threatened, we were accosted in parking lot by people asking for money; there were clearly drug issues

It was never mentioned that I would have to pay a hundred dollar deposit and now they¿re giving me a hard time about getting it back

Hotel employee is a very friendly and engaging host. He enhanced my experience there with a 5 star attitude! The stove top worked well. Happy about that!

The outside needs a remodel. The doors have a lot of chips and scratches. The AC unit heat did not work.

Everything was horrible The first room was on the third floor had to carry all my luggage upstairs to get to the room and could not breathe because it was full of smoke and cigar smell. They move me to three different room was not Satisfied.

Spilled water on floor, wiped it up and towel was black. Had to wear shoes or socks at all times. Reported it to desk at checkout. Room was very rundown, even though it was a nonsmoking room it stank from the days of smoking. Whole place needs upgradin

The TV worked

Sink didn¿t drain properly. Toilet needed to be manipulated to flush. Didn¿t feel comfortable walking on carpet in bare feet. Upon initial arrival, had to be moved twice because of marijuana smell in ¿non-smoking¿ room & 2nd room in disarray!

Location

Not clean at all. Broken dresser, stained sheets, holes in wall, outlets broken and hanging out of the wall. Huge risk staying here.
