    Pros +

    • Huge room, very clean, very nice. One of the nicest rooms with a kitchenette that I've seen. Wide doors for wheelchair.
    • Proximity to restaurants
    • Nothing! the drug activity takes away from what it could offer!

    Cons -

    • We booked a room that was advertised as "disability accessible." The room was perfect. It was extremely difficult getting a wheelchair through the outside door though. Once inside, everything was great.
    • It seem to be an old run down hotel where homeless people were housed; not sure if you should bring your family to that setting
    • Unfortunately this location has absolutely no security and there are substance abusers who stand outside of the entrance and exit getting high daily especially at night. The staff is aware and unfortunately it is the culture of this hotel.

    The Location was great

Yes, we had to stand in line for over 15 mins. with no one at the desk, I was put in a room on the 2nd floor when I got there somebody was already in the room. I was put in another room

    5Verified guestPosted on: 5-5-2025

The hotel was cheap, easy, and fine for a 1 night stay

The hotel was smoke-free but smelled very strongly of weed. The room was way smaller than the website indicated, had kitchen cabinets that were crooked / slightly hanging on, and you could not sit on the end of the bed or the head raised up.

    Location

Very small pillows. Hard bed. No night staff. Remote only half worked. Shower leaking.

    1Verified guestPosted on: 4-28-2025

Too noise upstairs, foul smell in the room, carpet torn apart. It?s a studio, but not a single kitchen utensil was there. The room service didn?t come in 3 days, we had to request them to send someone. Minimal washroom utensils. Worst experience ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THIS "HOTEL" SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!! . Kitchen NOTHING IN IT!! NO HAIR DRYER...NO SPARE BEDDING! RUDE EMOPLOYEES...DRUGS; SMELLS AND HOMELESS PEOPLE WANDERING AT NIGHT....SCARY!!!!! STINKY and they won't help! RUDE Mngmt; no refunds!

    3MichaelPosted on: 3-12-2025

It was in a decent location

The homeless people hanging around outside and the traffic in the parking lot throughout the entire night as if there were illegal activity going on .the front desk woman more worried about playing on her phone and being rude to me as I checked in

    3JamesPosted on: 11-24-2024

    Large rooms with a stove

Really shady area at night with druggies wondering around. Staff leaves at 10pm, and then the places feels really unsafe. Staff is beyond rude. Got a knock at my door at 10am the first night, said if I don't open the door she'd call the police. No apology

Not suitable for short term stays. Ran down rooms. Smell of animal urine. Deposit of $100 actually charged and drawn from credit card for a 1 night stay (unclear when I will receive it back).

no elevator we were senior citizens on the 3rd floor stay was promised a hot breakfast we had coffee and a muffin in the lobby it was not clean the stairs was prison like and the halls had little children running around unattended did not feel

    It was pet friendly

Smelled like a zoo and cigarette put together. The room was outdated, old, and falling apart. They had fleas or gnats, and I feel like I have to take my dog to the vet after being in such a disgusting hotel.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-17-2022

Located around everything (restaurants, Walmart, Dunkin¿ etc) Close to my son soccer tournament

There was no camera¿s, you walked in stairwells and if your a female traveling alone not good to me. Staff leaves at 11 pm

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-2-2022

That there was a lock on the door.

No hot water in our room.Buses of non English speaking people dropped off in the middle of the night.

Front desk staff was great! She was very friendly. I also love the location. Close to shopping and dining yet also quiet.

The bathtub needs anti slip strips in the shower.

Upon check in Heaven was a complete delight. Helpful informative friendly.

Its not the hotel as much as the guests, I don't understand why people SLAM doors and allow kids to run around the halls screaming at them to get in the aforementioned door Perhaps a "common curtesy" speech upon check in about living with so many others!

    3HeatherPosted on: 1-27-2022

Staff was friendly, location was great

Trash from previous tenant hadn¿t been removed, the room smelled poorly and I contracted pink eye while there.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-28-2021
