Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport

Excellent location. Hotel was very clean. But most of all the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional!

I booked this hotel for my elderly father who was visiting. I liked the walk-in shower and size of the room. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

I was unable to be connected to the room directly by phone.

Clean the cucumber water was nice when arriving and the coffee bar open throughout the evening along with the welcoming staff that was very helpful.

Nope all good.

I wasn¿t keen on being near the airport, but I only heard one airplane during my 4 night stay and the location was 8mins away from the shopping center on W. Wendover ave.

I arrived at this facility on 11/11/21 after a long day of flights. Upon my arrival there was no attendant at the front desk. I waiting there for more than 20 minutes. I knocked on the door and continuously said "Hello" but no one answered.

The staff was great. They are the only ones I could find that is still offering an airport shuttle. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was free, hot and buffet style.

The air conditioner was unusually loud. The hotel is located next to a highway without any walking access to the store across the street. There are no options for shopping on the hotel side.

cleanness dirty bath tub., running toilet, unprofessional conflict between employees,I felt unsafe. The boxed breakfast, bathroom sink was clogged up. I requested a late check-out and was confronted by housekeeping and a reminder call to leave the hotel

I loved the garden tub and the fact the TV had and hdmi input

Once I turned on the garden tub little black speckles started going everywhere so I had to clean it out first and I was kinda bummed out because that’s the whole reason why I got the room . Somebody left wet toilet paper stuck to the side of the bed

I liked the location as it was 4 minutes from where I was going to be. Had good potential

The whirlpool tub, which was a main reason in me getting a pricey room was out of order. Not very pleased with this

The staff was very friendly.

There was no mini-fridge in the room. I paid 3x what a normal room should cost due to a convention. And the person in the room next to us smoked so much in their bathroom that I couldn't shower in mine without smelling like a cigarette.

The staff, were awesome. After a long day of traveling it was nice to be greeted by sweet smiles and great customer service. The rooms were very clean and well-stocked with what we needed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely courteous !! Breakfast choices were also very good.

Room did not have a fridge or microwave - thought that it would, however, for a 2 night stay we did not need it anyway :-)
