The builder should have made thicker floors for over head floor noise. not bad and not a lot of noise but I could hear walking or jumping ect. upstairs.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Clean rooms and nice kitchen. Plenty of space in the room.

Fitness room is small and half the equipment did not work. Laundry is outdated and needs quarters. Room needed some maintenance- faucet in sink was loose and toilet paper holder was falling off and wouldn’t hold the roll.

The bed was not a king size bed. We paid for a king size but it felt more like a double bed. It wasn't a comfortable sleep for us.

Hotel smelled really nice when entering. Room was nice, bathroom was a great size.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in because nobody was at the front desk. Also walls were paper thin, could hear someone in the room next door phone conversation.

they were very nice and if I needed anything they were on it, plus I got to sleep in later so that’s always a plus. The lobby, room, elevator and hallway areas were also very clean.

The location was close to everything. The hotel was clean a day smelled nice. The room was bigger than we thought and very comfortable.

The lady at the front desk wasn't to nice. At check in, she seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Breakfast on a weekend was over very early and nothing really to choose from.

Room 417 was not clean! As soon as you walk in you could smell where someone had been smoking in the room. Upon further review, there was debris all around and under the bed. The toilet would not flush all the way. There were smudges and dirt on several places that showed it had not been cleaned. Overall, not a good experience.

We had to change rooms due to smell of being in a room where pets were allowed. Next room smelled great.

This location was very convenient. It was close to restaurants, the convention center, shopping and grocery stores. The room and bathroom was nice and clean.

The iron in the room did not work. No fault of the hotel. Pretty sure it was just an oversite with so many check ins and outs it took a while for them to bring us a new one.

I don't like nothing about it,they where rude the room was dirty, we had to buy some cleaning supplies and clean it before we put our stuff in,there was dirty clothes left in the room, I see why it has 1 star,should have none!!!

Didn't like anything!!!!! We had to go buy sheets cause there's was dirty and the pillow cases!! Omg this was the worse!!!

It was clean, quiet, and cheap. The beds were comfortable, the a.c. Worked great and there weren't any disturbances. It was quiet.

Breakfast was only till 9:00-9:30 we missed it so I had to ask the front desk if they would at least give my kids something. They checked and they gave me a pack of pinwheels with 4 for my 2 kids. My family & 1 other car were the only guests. : /
